Grow Technique Usage

Technique
Day 22 - LST started (you can't see the landscaping ties but they're there). After a few days of low light there wasn't much stretching so I figure I'm fighting a losing battle against genetics. I'm slowly starting the bring the intensity back up to full. She looks like such a happy little plant.
Day 26 - As the 4 colas grow outwards I'm pinning the stems down to stay horizontal. She continues to want to stay compact.

Wow really beautiful!! I have 2 fem white widow seeds, kinda nervous cuz they are my first indoor grow ever, but i am pretty excited now after seeing your girls, awesome grow!!👍

Damned good training. Beautiful healthy plant. Every widow I've grown - under appropriate lighting - has stayed compact and bushy like yours. Never had an issue. Your's looks great.
