Another good week for the 2 plants however shorty is still stunted in growth.. im allowing her pot to dry out fully and maybe only watering her half the amount the other 2 are getting when she does get watered. Hopefully she will pull through.

As this is my first grow I've only very lightly defoliated when I've felt its absolutely necessary. I've stripped all of the bottom branches and leaves out but apart from that I've left everything that the light touches. With my next run I'll take a more aggressive stance with defolatiation!
Looks lush good job. You can tie back leaves pretty much the same way you would do with a branch. I would be trying to get them side branches as much light early on as possible. If it's a auto I wouldn't risk cutting much off.

Cheers buddy! They are both the photoperiod variant of this strain. Im just finding they are both really bushing up and not leaving much space in the middle for light penetration.
Ah well then trim away, if I was you I would trim the middle leafs tuck the bottoms and top and then flower after a week or so that's going to explode in flower.
