Started with 3 seeds. One never germinated, one was very deformed and never made it past the 3rd set of leaves, so the 3rd was babied along, and had a hard time getting established. Structure stayed on the small side, and it took longer than most to recover after each topping/hst event. Buds developed very nicely. Tight spacing, super dense, and loaded with trichomes. There was almost zero stretch after flipping to 12/12, and this strain definitely preferred a lower pH. I really enjoyed the aroma during this grow, and the colors were pretty awesome. Nice purplish hue, lots of bright orange as the pistils dried.
These lights do a decent job for a budget grow. I haven't used any others so I cant compare, but I would bet that a better made higher price lighting solution would increase yields. I would recommend these lights for beginners on a budget. I imagine a more experienced grower would probably find them somewhat lacking. I use 2 in a 2x4 tent. The heat produced is easily managed if the tent is in a cooler room and there is adequate air exchange in the tent.
On my last grow I gave this tent an unfavorable review due to the light leaks around vents and windows. This time I sealed those leaks with black gorilla tape and that seems to have solved the issue. I would however recommend that most growing styles would be better suited to a 72 inch height. This grow I attempted sgrogging for the first time, and height wasn't as much an issue.
With this being my first attempt at scrog I wasn't really sure what to expect. I'm still not sure I executed the technique as well as it could be done. I will say that I was hoping for more of a yield, but I think having a pretty serious pH issue over a couple weeks, and the genetics being a little questionable likely played a role in that. The plant she shared her tent space with (Peyote Zkittlez) is not quite double in yield by the looks of it, and is probably going to out perform any of the same strain plants I've grown previously.

Dry weight of top shelf bud was 44 gram. Keep in mind please that only meticulously trimmed truly top shelf bud goes in the jars for me, the rest goes in the trim bag for hash or butter.
Dry weight of trim/sub par bud was grams. Given how insanely "frosty" this girl was I expect a really good return on the dry ice hash.
