Hi folks, I’ve never tried this variety before, but I’ve heard a lot of good comments. Mainly about the taste and the THC concentration.

This week i decided change de grow light to a 240w quantum board running in 50% dimmer.
So i changed the pot to a 3,8L. And put some Great White Premium Mycorrhizae in the hole of new pot.
Now the things started. In this week i start to count the vegetation weeks. From now, mor 4 weeks of vegetation with a base GHE nutrients scheduleing.
The plant is responding very well, so far.. :]
Hi Folks, this week i had 2 missions:
1 - I made a top cropping: I make this cropping every time that plant reach 7 nodes to control the height. Ill make only one more cutting before flowering and one more big defoliation in the begining of flowering. ill try to keep the things simple this time.
2 - Two days after i change the plant to final 14L pot: I aways use these felt pots, is very good for the root breathing.
And i perceived the leaves with a pale green. Well the concentrations of grow and micro incresed this week, ill wait until next week and see if it get worst.
Hi folks, the goals of this week:
1 - Put Bamboo sticks to support LST: I put two bamboos tickers to spread the the branches cutted of last week, so the light can enter in the middle of the plant.
2 - Make the last topping: Make the last topping to open two more branches.
Obs: Just to remember, the objective is keep the pruning simple as possible. Next week we go to flower :]

Now the plant recovered from last cutting, i done a good cleaning in the lower branches (removing leaves and small branches)... And finally went into flowering.
To speed up the strech, i turned the photoperiod to 10/14 en stop the FloraGro this week. And i started putting Bud Candy from advanced nutrients.

3rd week of flowering, Its time to make a full defoliation and put more bamboo tutors. I hope in next 7 weeks we ll have a huuuge yard.

I'm putting a full nutrients indication in all watering since beginning of flowering. And I was suspecting it was too much, so I decided to measure the runoff of the plant. And the measuremet was:
PH - in: 5.88 -> out: 6.76
EC - in: 1.15 -> out: 1.27
And now? what this mean?
Heya,
Means you are feeding the plants more nutrients than they are absorbing. Try feeding a little less and a little more run off to bring it back down a little. The plants are only absorbing what is needed and the rest of the salts build up in the medium affecting pH and ppm levels.

The plant is responding well for defoliation, some trichomes are starting showing up ans she is becoming more bushy every day.
But I still having problems with runoff of solution, these are the last measurements:
- 04/09 - Watering with normal solution
PH - in: 5.88 -> out: 6.76
EC - in: 1.15 -> out: 1.27
- 06/09 - Watering only with tap water
PH - in: 5.90 -> out: 6.97
EC - in: 0.11 -> out: 0,67
- 08/09 - Watering with normal solution
PH - in: 6.14 -> out: 6.68
EC - in: 1.09 -> out: 1.44
- 11/09 - Watering with 1/4 dilluted solution
PH - in: 6.03 -> out: 6.88
EC - in: 0.53 -> out: 0.93
Hi, i still having this problem even after down the concentration of solution for 1/4 that scheduling feeding table says. I have some measurements listed in the week 10. Maybe my media is buffering PH and EC because i used to recycle it over times?
hey there Mbatista, measuring EC of runoff from soil medium is totally useless as you can see from your readings. You're doing everything correctly but the problem is the EC/PPM meter measures particles and their conductivity right? so there's plenty of soil particles that are minerals in the run off so you're measuring (also) that more than you're measuring actually the run off from your input. It's an interesting experiment to make, but it doesnt tell you anything about the runoff you're interested in. That's one of the disadvantages of soil ! your grow looks perfect , just a tiny bit overwatered... Hope this helps ! 🚀
Despite the problem of EC, i decided to keep my measure by Runoff
Despite the EC problem, the plant is responding very well to defoliation.
So, I decided to keep my measure by the runoff.
I also took the first pictures of the trichomes, I think I will start monitoring them every week.
Hi people, aside for the problem of runoff, the plant is going very well.
I'll start to pay more attention in the development of trichomes and push a little more the rippen that i have started last week.
One more week of flush, the leaves are starting become yellow.
The buds are getting fatter and frosty. Check out the video that i v made.
One more thing fellas, i'v put two graphics showing an experience that i'v made measuring the ph and ec of runoff for some weeks:
1 - About PH: my soil always buffer about 1 pt of ph. Except in the day 08/08 that i made a full flush.
2 - About the EC: You can see in the start of the graphic some peaks. This is beacuse i was alternating between solution and tap water. After that i started aways put the solution in every watering and the graphic become more estable following the concentration of ec until the flush in 08/08.
I dont know exactly why this buffer of ph and ec occurs. I think that it was because i'm recycling the soil over the grows. :]
Next week, HARVESTTTT!
It's a very powerful strain, with a good resistance to mold and high temperatures. Is relatively easy to grow if you keep in mind that she needs a stable quantity of nutrients and a good light resource.
Hi Folks, i'm glad to share with you these awesome results. With a simple prune scheduling: Two Topping (weeks 4 and 5 of veg) and a huge defoliation on week 3 of flowering (you can see in the 3h photo the comparsion).
The result was 12 top colas and a Powerful and frosty buds.

I saw some growers commenting aboute the difference in measurement between the solution and the runoff would be exactly the consumption of the plant, and if this runoff is greater than the solution it could indicate that I am supplying more nutrients than the plant needs, causing accumulations of salts in the root zone.
But my biggest concern is about the buffering of PH, about 1 point. :/
