Both girls are continuing to grow but my inexperience is starting to show.
Beta is clearly struggling with some deficiency as leafs are turning brown. After giving her one watering without nutrients because she had nutrient burn. The next watering will have a very small amount of nutrients to make sure that she has some nutrients if necessary.
Alpha has no issues with deficiencies but I’m afraid she is showing signs of a hermaphrodite. I’m having issues to define if pollen sacs are starting to show or it are calyxs.
Alpha seemed to be a full on hermie, so i removed her from the tent. See pictures of week 7 to see her hermie signs.
Beta is showing good growth and buds are starting to form. There are still some clear signs of phosphorus deficiency. Nutrients will slowly be raised in the coming weeks.
cut a empty two liter in half and peal the label off, you can make a humidity dome for your young plant, take the top off so you can exchange the air out, close your tent if you have one,
Dear growers,
I’m afraid one of my plants has become a hermie. Please have a look at my latest pictures.
What do you think, pollen sacs or part of female flower?
The 1st pic really looks like balls to me, but the other ones make it look female. If you can isolate it and watch it every 3 or 4 hours you'll tell. Otherwise just kill it ASAP 👊🤞
I think this is a phosphorus deficiency. I thought it was because I slightly overwatered the plant. I gave the plant 1.5l water without nutrients then waited 4 days. Then 1.5l water with nutrients will also wait 4 days. The problem seems to get worse. Anyone any advise?
Use a makeshift humidity dome for the first couple of weeks. I place the seedlibgs in party cups inside a small transparente Rubbermaid with another on top acting as a humidity dome
