21/8 - Germinated shogun! i have noticed this beautiful plant w/ RQS and i had to try it.
23/8 - germination rate dosent surprise me at all :-)
She is In the baby tent, this plant will be a masterpiece with a long diary, mainlining, lst and heavy topping.
She will be the plant of the year (I hope). My mate also wants her clones so it will be beautiful grow!

28/8 new pix are up, she is under 80W of lights.
30/8 repot into a bigger pot and fed them all with some canna bio :-)

Another week ended. she grows in amazing rate same as the rest of my baby plants. she reaches already the end of the pot . the roots are big and white. she loves the light and gets full food w/1100 PPM already.

Hi everyone, thanks for checking my diary. the growth of the shogun is doing well. she already shows here roots
week 3 ended, i have moved her into her new temporary place, she will be here for about 6 more weeks where i will trim , top and mainline her. this process should take about 7-9 weeks depending on the strain and how she will take it.
i believe that training will start on her next week with a topping.
Food cycle: every other day roughly 250ML of water
14/9 - 20/9
A new week started. Thanks to @james and rqs for sending over the swag box.
I started the grow with canna nutes but I will switch over to rsq grow bag and use their bio nutrients during flower and for bloom.

15/9 - plant is fine, bit warm today. She opened her 5th level and looking fine!

Week 21/9 - 27/9
Hello fellow growers we are starting a new week here, the plant looks really good and she makes nice progress. im feeding her every other day with roughly 150ML of solution.
i will start to top and mainline next week pending of the 5th level growth of the leafs
will take pictures as the week goes

27/9 weekend ended but found white dots on my plant. I can't find any animals I got a grow question open
Hey there Timbarin, basically all this is from overwatering. You can see the overwatering based on the wrinkled aspect of the leaves and the puffy space between the veins of the leaves. What happens is the humidity will activate "dormant" white fly eggs and they will wake up hatch and fly away, but first they will eat a bit of leaf. I think that's what happened here. Basically if you stop overwatering the eggs will naturally die and this problem should stop spreading. To never overwater again, try the lifting pot method www.youtube.com/watch Hope this helps ! 🚀

30/9 took new pictures and monitor the progress.
2/10 my baby is recovering from gnats and over watered situation. She is back with her lady friends and will be topped by end of the week.
3/10 she was completely dry so i fed her today.
4/10 the issue from last week is gone but I've lost a week of progress I can't top her atm and I will wait one more week for her to get back.
Week 4/10 - 11/10
The plant dried up very nicely and no more eggs. She was moved back to her grow place and my gf topped her on Monday. Due to the excessive nitrogen she is getting only additives
6/10 she got only additives today.
7/10 steady growth is happy growth..
9, 10 she was fed amazing growth
11/11 closing the week with a video of the progress.

during this week i have moved the plant to a new bucket of 7L.
this will not be the final setup.
i will move her to fabric pot of 15L once the tent will be cleared from the current grow.
i have added 25G of Easy combo and easy booster pack into the soil lets see how it goes. i will add other nuts as well, but it will be simple to notify any deficiency
quick notes, when used 1/4 of the tablet with 1.5L of water i got PH of 7.1 and EC of 0.9 which is a bit low for what the plants should get during this week (1.2)

I fed her once a week and currently she is quite far from the lights. I have to put her under direct lights. This will happen next week.
The rqs food seems fine, the ph is 5.8 and the ec is 1.3 that is quite good for veg stage.

I had to isolate her again since a different plant has some bugs on her and hope to save this one from them. so she is back into her little box happy and fed twice a week.
Another week in the books for this little lady. I have to isolate her from her sister since the other one has predators on her.

This has been a very uneventful week for this plant. But.... Once the weekend arrived she was moved back to her previous location under a 65w light. In roughly 3 weeks flowering will start 😎
My baby finally got her place back with proper lighting and good airflow! She shows amazing comeback and recovery.
Now, that she is in her 13 litter bucket nothing can stop her! 😂😂
Hello friends and followers. this week was a good one for the girl. she got used to the new bucket and seems to stretching her arms up, up and away!!!
once the other girls are ready in the tent she will be going to flowering stage. she already shows some pre-flowering screaming "Daddy i'm ready" :-)

This week ends with a big note!
She moved into the tent, the happiness in the house is over the top.
This means the spare bedroom won't smell of weed and the plant will finally get a chance at good life.
Scrog net is at 70cm from ground
Hello friends, this was the 1st week in the tent for her, and just look at her now. She is loving it. Feeding is resumed every other day and she is filling up the net. Next week she will move to flowering stage

This concludes the final week of vegetation for these ladies. They filled up the net nicely and are at 70cm. I want to avoid the mistake from last time (small baby plants)

Closing up this week and marking it as the first flowering week
She had a deficiency of cal mag but the issue was the ph. I made sure the ph is now on point with 6.1
4/1 - 10/1
Closing this week with a nice growth all around for this baby plant. the formation seems fine and i will have to defoliate her more and reduce the small buds once they form (roughly in week 5 of flowering)
since she grows together with another plant some of the pictures are shared.

18/1 - 24/1
Another week is in the books for this lovely plant. The height of plant seemed to balance around 80ish cm and I've noticed a minor nutrient deficiency of calmag but I didn't fed them with it.
She is very sticky, can't handle her without gloves
1/2 - 7/2
Friday is here and I feel confident closing the week for this plant. the main changes during the week are fattening and crystallizations
the following weeks should be a simple,fun journey to the end of the grow. I plan to feed them for two more weeks and then give them only PHed water.

8/2 - 14/2
The plant Is beautiful green and yellow, it looks to me like a lemon tree.
Smelling the buds provides a fresh citrus, oranges and some other undeveloped smells.
They arw pungent and my girlfriend says its one of the strongest smells she experienced with my total grows. Lucky I got a strong carbon filter
Moving forward, the plant will get only bioboost and I will stop with the nutrients. I can see rust and nuts burn. She had enough. Time for mother nature to complete the cycle.

15/2 - 22/2
She looks ready for chopping. the smell of citrus & pine are pungent.
I can see that she starts to take less water then before (1.5L every 48 hours vs 1L every 48 hours)
Since this is pure BIO grow flushing will not be needed and I will continue to feed the dirt with bioBOOST until the end of the growth. one more week friends... one more week.... ;-)

22/2 - 26/2
The plant entered flowering stage on the 28-Dec-2020 and was chopped down on the 26-Feb-2021. this makes it 60 days of flowering.
After the chopping stage she was placed to dry with a humidifier on 65RH and 22C. I'm planning on doing a dry trim and left everything on the plant besides the stems. this netted me 463Gram of wet weed.
Some of the pictures attached were taken in the night before the chop during the last darkness period.
The video tries to show the complexity of the stems that I have created during the training stage of the plant. She took it like a champ 💪
I will post the final notes of the plant in roughly 3 weeks, after some burping and curing.
Thanks to @james for sending this seeds to me. This grow was awesome and I'm excited to try this plant. the smell is very potent with Citrus notes, and super sticky and full of resin.

before diving into my review I wanted to mention that these seeds were sent to me by RQS and in return I agreed to create this diary. The reviews are completely mine and I'm completely unbiased.
-=-=-=-The Strain-=-=-=-
RQS are promising to deliver stimulating effects, boost attention and concentration and allow users to work for long periods. I can confirm this statement. I work roughly 10 hours in front of the computer and the focus is better than ever before.
The strain stimulates me to work and places me in a creative mind state.
The Indica effects are noticed quite fast and the sensation of being "stuck to the chair" kicks in. but due to the small amounts of Indica the sensation is quite pleasant and not paralyzing (like GG4 on its own).
I have Hyperactivity and I walk and talk when I'm in conference calls, Smoking this strain keeps me on my seat.
Combining Amnesia haze with Gorilla Girl 4 is a win.

The vegetation stage was long since I didn't have the space to flower the plant. She was ready with pre-flowers at week 10 (from seed). most of my plant have long vegetative state. the flowering period was 60 days as RQS states on their site. the plant wouldn't go more. It was faded with amber trichomes
This goes as one of my favourite strains and I will grow it again.

The predominant smell is Lemon with citrus. this is followed by an earthy smell.
during the drying process it was smelling like poop and it was very offensive smell, my GF was really unhappy with the process.
After two weeks of burping jars, 20 minutes each day the smell now is Lemony.

I consume weed in 3 methods. Vape, joints and (water)bungs.
the main method is bungs, when dropping a bung I get a clear hit without any coughing, hissing or throat burns.
I have tried two joints, both were smooth to smoke with roughly a 5 minute onset for the high followed by roughly 20 minutes of uplifting mood and the rest was a nice chill sensation. communication with others is a breeze, and comes natural. this feels like a good strain to have a nice chill movie with.
This strain brings on the munch, keep some healthy snacks around you.
Last notes: I want to thank my GF for taking up with my hobbies , thanks my friends who love to look at weed p0rn, the entire community for reading my content and myself yeh why not :-) I did a good job.

@CRiSPrGrow, wow you are correct I dant believe I missed that. Indeed she is over watered due to the 1l bucket I water every other day with 250ml. If I water her every 4 days she is super dry and the water just runs through.
