Amazing how hearty and resilient these plants are. Started daily preventative spraying of Guard N Spray to keep PM away. Big light schedule change. Researched 12+1 light schedule, which means 12 hrs of daylight, followed by 5.5 hrs of dark, then 1 hr of light, then another 5.5 hrs again of dark. By doing this, it allows more time for recovery and growth. The 1 hr break of light during the darkness will prevent the flowering hormone from initiating, but will be ready at a moment's notice when flipped. It also presents a savings of 5 hrs your lights would otherwise be on. SLURRICANE: She has been growing very well; LST; defoliation to the top three nodes, but allowing new stems to continue growing. Stands at 14" already! WEDDING CAKE: She wasn't doing too hot early on, but has since bounced back well. LST; light defoliation. Stands at 11" tall. Letting her grow a bit before some more adjustments. GMO (Garlic Cookies): The biggest of the bunch, she is 16" tall! Growing very well since Day One. Decided to extend her upright too, spreading out the branches. Accidentally snapped one, but it was partial, so did a quick tape job and she should heal fine. RUNTZ: Was the "runt" in the beginning, but she also bounced back and stands at 14" tall. Cleaned up her stems and she is looking good! 24K: She was the worse off of the bunch early on, but has recovered well. Still lanky, but starting to see new growth along the stems. I have high hopes for her! She stands at 12" tall. Overall, really happy with their recovery and fast growth. I attribute it to the new light schedule and will continue to do so throughout veg. Happy growing!!

Any growers with experience growing Blue Dream indoors? I wanted to know what techniques you would recommend. Would you LST and go for a candelabra, or grow straight and stretch out stems, or..? Don't know what's the best way to maximize yield with her?? She's growing crazy fast!

I grew blue dream and LST worked a charm, i didnt top it though, that also worked a charm. It reacted very well to LST, so if you like yield i would absolutely LST. Hope this helps ! 🚀

LST is almost never a bad decision. You are essentially just positioning everything for maximal might penetration. You could also go one further and try a small scrog set up. Eitherway, both methods are about horizontal distribution and vertical equalization, meaning spread it out as much as possible side to side, and bring the lower branches up, and the taller branches down. It might be a little late for it, but assuming its not an auto, topping is a great and simple HST technique that can make for some impressive LST and scrog outcomes.

Hi there! I'd say use LST to spread that bush little wider and you can even cut some branches if they are in the way 'cos that girl looks really bushy already.
