9/5: I hope to successfully germinate all 15 of the Fastbuds seeds that I bought along with the 2 freebie Blackberry beans I was given by the nice folks at Hipersemillas.com. I'm also germinating 4 x Sweet Seeds Dark Devils that will be managed in a separate diary. I am keeping it really simple this run and am using my new DWC cloner to germinate. I made up 3 gallons of a de-chlorinated water in a strong solution of Endoboost Hydro and added 1/4 tsp of Superthrive per gallon. I adjusted the Ph to 6.0 and let the pump and aerator cycle the res for a few hours. I put rapid rooters into 1.25" net pots and ensured that the water level was high enough so as to just touch the bottoms of the rooters. About 10 minutes later the rooters were all nice and damp, so I planted and prayed. I've just got a 9w pinkish grow light mounted about 5 inches above the rooters, but once they are rooted well, I'll move them into a 1020 tray with dome under 65w of mixed spectra lighting with supplemental blues. Once they've got a couple sets of leaves, I'll plant the rooters in some half-gallon biodegradable fabric bags and move them into my tiny tent under a pair of mixed spectrum QB's. They'll have to stay in there until my current run of photo clones is done in the closet. Once space opens up in the closet, I'll plant those biodegradable bags into 3 gallon pots and move them in. Hopefully in the next 2 weeks....🙏 9/7 (a.m.): Thus far, I've just got one each of Wedding Cheesecake, Strawberry Pie, and Lemon Pie emerging... 9/9: All but one Lemon Pie are up and growing. The problem child may yet fully emerge..her cotyledons are opening up, but they're just below the surface. I caught some rainwater today and pre-watered all the 1/2 gallon degradable fabric starter pots with it. My photo clones still have a couple weeks left, so the timing should be right for me to move these seedlings into the tiny tent in a few days and plant them in the starter pots...and 12-15 days later I'll plant the starter pots into some new 3 gallon fabric pots I've already got filled and waiting. This batch of soil I'll be using has been cooking since late March, and the rhizosphere is fully rocking. I also treated all my soil this summer with Beauveria Bassiana, Metarhizium Anisopliae, and Azamax to ensure I have no pestilence to deal with, so I'm optimistic that this will be a successful grow.😁 9/0: I planted up all but one Lemon Pie in 1/2 gallon degradable pots and moved them into the tiny tent under 240w of mixed spectra quantum boards.

9/13-9/14: Think maybe my soil was a little too hot for them, but most of them are catching hold now.. 9/17: Looking good...one Blackberry and one Wedding Cheesecake are kinda slow, and the Lemon Pie that was slow to emerge is gonna catch up and pass them I think. 9/18: I gave them all a teaspoon of Endoboost granules and watered it in with ONE at 10ml/gal, some Silica Gold, some Boomerang, some SuperTHRIVE, and some humic acid. Later, I sprayed them with beauveria bassiana, metarhizium anisopliae, azamax, and some fulvic acid. Roots are coming through the sides of the pots now.

9/21: They're doing great except for the last seedling to emerge (a Lemon Pie). She is suddenly droopy like she's overwatered, but that's not the case..root issues I suspect. A few signs of deficiencies on other plants, but I fed them today and upped the nute dosages a bit. I also prayed and sprayed them with Boom Boom Spray... 9/22: Good growth. I sprayed them with Microlife Super Seaweed today. The sick Lemon Pie's new growth is perky, but she's so limp looking otherwise... 9/23: I transplanted the sick Lemon Pie into a 3 gallon pot and loosened up the soil in her rootball a bit while doing so. Fed them all some ONE with little Boomerang today. 9/25: I harvested enough plants that I was able to swap the seedlings into the closet and the remaining photos into the tiny tent. I set the lighting timer to give them 4 hours of dark a night. 9/26: I potted up the other 17 Fastbuds plants today and watered them in with a full dose of ONE, some boomerang, and some Microlife Super Seaweed. 9/27: They seemed to take right off once they got some room for their roots to stretch out. Several of them started flowering. The sick Lemon Pie is looking much better now. That old growth is kinda petrified, but I'll leave it until she's got more new upper growth. Thirsty girls. I'll have to feed again tomorrow.

9/28: I fed them a half-gallon each of this morning. No signs of any deficiencies on any of the new growth. Most of them have popped some pistils at this point, but Blackberry (I) is in the lead. 9/29: I sprayed them with Boom Boom Spray and Axiom Harpin a|b proteins about an before the lights went out last night, and they looked great this morning. Very perky.👍 9/30: I sure hope having to keep them in those half-gallon bags for so long didn't prevent them from stretching out...kinda puny at this point... "UVB engaged"..dosing them with 2 x 2-hour increments per day..morning and evening. I did the math...it's almost time to change to a new lamp, so I'll order a new FlowerPower tomorrow. 10/1: I fed them today..split 8 gallons among the 18 plants, so that's a little under a half-gallon each. I added Open Sesame, Signal, and Sweet and Sticky to their diet. 10/3: I foliar fed with Microlife Maximum Blooms right before dark and rotated the edge plants. They should be ready for feed tomorrow. Gonna add some extra Cal-mag. 10/4: Not totally dry yet...will feed tomorrow. Everybody seems happy. That's it for week 4-

10/5: Comparing photos from the beginning of last week and today, it was pretty decent growth. If they were stunted from being in the temporary grow bags for too long, it wasn't too badly. --Blackberry I (I call her Halle), is really purpling up well, and looking like she'll be a single uber-phat cola...no branching at all..whereas her sister is all about the branches. --Wedding Cheesecakes are consistently big and vigorous. They'll probably be the best producers of the crop. --Orange Sherbets look like clones they are so consistent in shape and leaf structures. Kinda short compared to the other varieties, but nice and bushy. --Gorilla Cookies are also identical in plant shape, but two of them are a few days ahead of the other as far as pistil production goes. Also not a very tall cultivar, but many branches. --The late/stunted Lemon Pie is praying to the sun at all times and starting to look like she belongs in the same crop. The bigger LP is gorgeous..perfect structure, the other one is catching up, but my cat keeps defoliating her.😏 ---Strawberry Pies have massive sun-blocking fan leaves that require constant tucking, but they are branching well, and a couple of them are pretty beefy. The other SP is doing fine considering her crooked trunk and slow start. 10/6: Today I noticed 9 "lone" nanners on the nodes of the crooked trunk-Strawberry Pie!😧 No clusters.. just single pollen sacs here and there.🤨 These plants have experienced no major stress at all...I'm keeping it like late-August upper-peninsula Michigan in the closet. 80f/50%RH 👌 Damnit...this is a new, stable strain, right??👈 I've seen no other SP diaries with hermaphrodites...just my fukt luck I guess.😖 I plucked them and will watch for more..and I guess I'd better keep a close eye on the other two SPs as well... I just got my wife a new 16 x 7 x 7 greenhouse frame with the green semi-translucent cover for her 4' x 12' raised bed...if i see any more sneaky nanners appear, I'll probably remove the plant(s) and move them outdoors to finish in there. I swore I'd not do any training this run, but while removing the pollen sacs I couldn't resist opening up and tieing down some branches on the hermie.🤷 10/9: I fed them.

10/12: Looking good. Will feed tomorrow. 10/13: Getting pretty crowded in the closet, so I took the Dark Devil out and moved her into the tiny tent with the other 3. Installed the new FlowerPower UVB lamp. They weren't dry enough to feed today, so I'll do a foliar application of Microlife Maximum Blooms before dark tonight and will feed tomorrow. 10/14: Fed them and took some photos 10/15: I moved Halle Berry(Blackberry 1) into the tiny tent with the dark devils and added another 120w, so that's 360w (72w per square foot) in the tiny tent full of purps...overkill! 10/16: Stared and drooled a bit..pretty much in cruise control now. Stretch has ended for most, but Lemon Pies aren't done yet.

10/19: I fed today. Only one plant has any signs of deficiency..an Orange Sherbet that needs more Mg than everybody else. Serious stink now! Wow..gonna have to order another carbon filter.. I shot a little video of the soil remediation amendments I'm using these days. This will be the first time I use the Coast of Maine Lobster Compost. I usually use a different brand with added biochar and mycorrhizae, but I wanted to see what all the fuss is about the efficacy of lobster compost. Recipe: About 50 gallons of soil, previously flushed with TPS Liquidsoil to re-establish the microbial population. 1 cu ft - Coast of Maine lobster compost 15 lbs - Earthworm castings 4.5 lbs - Microgrow granular inoculant 4 lbs - Bokashi 4 lbs - Dr Earth Veggie, Tomato, and Herb organic fertilizer 2 lbs. - Nectar for the Gods - One Shot granular fertilizer 2 lbs - granular humic acid plus molasses 1/2 lb - texas greensand 1/2 lb - azomite 1/2 lb - dolomite 10/20: Halle Berry(Blackberry A) is getting soooo fat..maybe 20" in circumference! I spotted another couple of nanners on the Strawberry Pie and decided to leave them to do their thing..might be some very interesting hybrids as a result. It occurs to me that it's almost time to start germinating the next batch of beans...👍 10/23: Fed them and rotated the edge plants. Switched to Cha Ching. 10/24: Halle Berry is foxtailing a bit ever since I upped the wattage in the tiny tent. She's fading nicely..I'll probably flush her towards the end of next week. I started germinating the next batch of beans today, so I'm gonna need these bitches to hurry the fuck up now.. 10/26: Fed them and rearranged a little bit. I dialed back the ONE, increased CaMg and Sweet & Sticky. I flushed Halle Berry with 8 gallons of warm water and LiquidSoil. She's ripe, but I'll let her go another few days.

10/27: Strawberry Pies are the first to senesce, and also look to be the least ripe at this point...they need to hurry and fatten up some more! Wedding Cheesecakes will be the heaviest, but Orange Sherbet will prob have the fattest colas..except for Halle Berry, the Blackberry. She's so phat! Orange Sherbets are the most pungent so far, but the Strawberry Pies are a close second. 10/28: Found my cell phone lens kit after being misplaced for a few months...took a few photos with various lenses.😍 10/29: The shorter Wedding Cheesecake is a pinkish/purple..very cool! Everything is frosting up very well and their combined reek is truly horrid! I'll feed tomorrow, but all 3 Strawberry Cheesecakes are getting close to finished, one of the Orange Sherbets, and the other blackberry are not far behind them, so they'll get flushed as well. I gave Halle Berry a big drink of liquidsoil today just so she's nice and turgid when I harvest her on Sunday. 10/31: Early morning I harvested Halle Berry,

11/2: I fed them yesterday except for the 3 x SP's, the short OS(c), and the last Blackberry (a). Those 5 plants were each flushed with 8 gallons of warm water and Liquidsoil. 11/5: I watered the ones that will be harvested tomorrow so hey will be turgid for a rough trim. Took photos of the ones slated for execution. They'll be in the dark til tomorrow night. 11/6: Harvested and washed the 3 x SPs, the last Blackberry, and one of the OS's. Hanging to dry - My closet looks so empty now with only 11 plants in there... 11/7: I flushed all 3 of the Lemon Pies, and the purple Wedding Cheesecake with 8 gallons of warm water each, including Liquidsoil. Everybody else got fed for probably the last time.

11/9: The first Blackberry (Halle Berry) is dry now and beginning to cure....will probably sample it tomorrow.😋 The next 5 that I harvested are drying in a dark room at 75f with 60% RH and minimal airflow.👍 The colas of the remaining 11 plants are now within 9 inches of the QB's....MAXIMUM PAR! I've increased UVB exposure by an additional hour a day. I've got the portable AC on high and blowing across their tops, which is keeping the temp just below 80f on them...they should be just fine..👌 11/13: I harvested the purple Wedding Cheesecake and all three Lemon Pies today. 11/15: I flushed the last two orange sherbets for the second time, but with only a few gallons each...I flushed the last two wedding cheesecakes, and the 3 x gorilla cookies with 8 gallons each.

11/16: I had to move a bunch of seedlings into the closet and decided to just go ahead and run the lights at 24/0 for these last several days. I've got the lights to within 8 inches on all of the flowering plants and as little as 6 inches on a couple of them😈. It's been cold out, so I've been able to keep my temps nice and low. I also have a 6500k floodlight on in there to "winterize" the environment a little more. 11/18: (bugles sounds) Introducing....The Frost Queen and Princess! I harvested the last two Orange Sherbets today...Wow, just wow!😍 11/20: Today I harvested the last two Wedding Cheesecakes and all three Gorilla Cookies. Kind pressed for time, so I just did a cursory trim before taking some photos and washing them. The Gorilla Cookies are every bit as dense as the Wedding Cheesecakes. The gigantic WC has a few seeds here and there, so if I don't spot any spent nanners on her, I'm gonna assume the pollination was done by the short/bent Strawberry Pie that I deliberately left a few male flowers I spotted on. That would make for some kind of special auto hybrid right there.. Well. that's a wrap on this crop. I'll do harvest reports on each strain as soon as they've cured a little bit, but I can tell you already that I'm gonna love most of them. Aromas are incredible!

Such a great strain! Gives an excellent buzz and has a special kind of flavor...it is berry flavored, but not like any others I've tried. Very danky berry flavored. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. I smoke it whenever I have a hankering for that taste...day or night, but it's probably best while not at work. Pretty powerful.

Harvested on 11/6. I let them cure for a month, and if I can keep my paws off them a while longer, I suspect they'll taste even better...gets more dank every day. Plant A: 52g - the frostiest of the 3 plants, and also has the best flavor.. She had a few nanners that i left to do their thing. Hopefully I get some cool hybrids out of the closet. Plant B: 73g - She seemed like the biggest plant but was a little less dense than the other bigger one. A little less pungent smelling than the others, but still tastes great. Plant C: 73g - very dense and sticky buds...aroma is outstanding Of the strains I grew this run, the SP comes in a close second to Wedding Cheesecake. Not only WILL I grow it again, I already have another one growing in my tent right now....good shit.👍 Final thoughts: Aroma: 10/10 Flavor: 10/10 Potency: 8/10 Yield: 7/10 Bag-appeal: 8/10 Bud density: 7/10

Very potent bud. It was incredibly resinous and took a while to dry. After a month of cure, it still smells like sliced naval oranges floating in jet fuel, but not quite as intense as before.

Two of these plants were big and heavy, and one was a shortie. As is so often the case, the short one tasted and smelled better. All three of them were incredibly resinous...moreso even than the Strawberry Pies. The aromas while growing are incredibly pungent and cuts through all the other odors like a knife. Super fat/dense colas that took well over a week to dry. After a month of cure, the aroma is still like a tropical punch made from oranges, mangos, and jet fuel. It is not my favorite flavor, at all...but it is a crowd favorite. I'm gonna press some and see how it tastes. It's very potent and tasty, and weighed out very well, so I ain't complaining.👍 I'll upload some photos later- Plant A: 60g Plant B: 105g Plant C: 129g Final thoughts: Aroma: 10/10 Flavor: 9/10 Potency: 9/10 Bag-appeal: 10/10 Yield: 9/10 Bud density: 9/10

I'll keep looking for new favorites, but this is probably going to become a regular variety in my autoflowering gardens. It is delicious, potent, and it produces many heavy, dense, rainbow-colored, resinous buds. What's not to like?👈 Plant A: 97g (the purplish one) Plant B: 141g Plant C: 126g Final thoughts: Love it! The smoke itself is very very smooth..no cough at all. Not even a throat tickle, but it gives a great buzz. Not overpowering, but very smooth and easy. If you like berry flavors, this stuff is top shelf.

10/31 - Harvested the short fattie (Halle Berry)..washed and hung to dry. 11/14 - Harvested the bushy one along with several other plants. This is the second time I've grown this strain, and had pretty much the same results. Excellent weed, but not a lot of it. Neither plant gave me any trouble. The short fat one came in pretty heavy considering she had no lower branching at all. Both plants produced very greasy, very pungent bud, covered in trichomes. The bushier one had no training and produced more, but wasn't as fat. I pressed some of it for the rosin, and it's delish. Very terpy.👍 Dry weights: A - 52g B - 71g Final thoughts: Will probably grow it again because it's my wife's favorite flavor, but I'd refer to find a strain that produces the same flavors but much heavier yields. All 3 of my plants had the same distinctive GSC flavor shining through. Like eating raw cookie dough with an extra pinch of sugar and a drop of spearmint in the batch. They all cured out with purple hues and are frosted over like you'd expect. Delightful!

11/20: Harvested all 3 Gorilla Cookies. It took them a week to dry. Dry weights: plant A - 121g plant B - 80g plant C - 100g Final thoughts: It was easy weed to grow, and produced a lot of dense/heavy/delicious flowers. Would def grow it again.👌 Potency: 8/10 Yield: 9/10 Flavor: 9/10 Aroma: 7/10 Bag-appeal: 10/10 Bud density: 10/10

Happy Harvest Day!

It's a mellow smoke, a mellow vape, and a mellow high...uplifting, but not racy at all. Tastes a lot like the Purple Lemonade...subtle sweet lemony flavor. Smells great in the jar. Makes very pale, tasty rosin when pressed at 180f for 4 minutes.

11/14: Harvested all 3 LP's along with a blackberry. It took them a week to dry. Dry weights: plant A - 77g plant B - 64g plant C - 71g Final thoughts: It was easy weed to grow, and grew pretty tall, but a typical sativa....too much space between nodes. The buds didn't swell as much as the other varieties in this grow, but were some really lovely flowers, and they were covered in trichs. Doubt I grow it again. But, that's not to say it isn't great weed. Just not my favorite-

I agree with @PharmaZ if they were praying any harder they would be "High Fivineg Them Selves" @Silverback_Guerilla this multi-strain tent of weed is doing freaking amazing! I have been hearing great things about the Coast of Maine lobster compost as well, may have to try and work it into my Super COCO mix, thanks for the inspiration!

@MrJones, Oh, but they do...I often hear the faint sound of leaf tips coming together in celebratory exuberance...like gentle herbal applause....they do love the light...😎 Ya, I've also seen and heard good things on the Lobster compost too. You'll probably know how well it works before me...I won't be running anything in this soil til mid-late January.

@GreenHouseLab, Thanks man! I need to get somebody to film me filming the garden...i have to hang from the door jamb by my fingertips while leaning into the closet and shooting the vid with the other hand...good climbing practice for sure...one false move and i'd crush half my plants...😨

That is a lineup worthy of a bud-tasting. Can't wait to watch it grow.

Pressing this one makes for some straight bad ass rosin. Super terpy as I’m sure your well aware by now.

@WildeWeed, I've been holding off pressing any of it til I get my new press...but maybe I'll squish a nugg or two tonight to taste it for myself...(mine, all mine😈)

@Wicked_Stix, Thanks man! Ya, it's looking like I timed this run perfectly for a change. Those little 1/2 gallon grow bags were just big enough to support them until the closet was ready.

I like your choice of plants . All about flavours. Yeah a long carefull curing process gives the flowers all that good flavour. I need to try this strain .
