Excited to be growing Royal Queens Hulkberry, have had my eye on this one for awhile.
This is my first grow in my new grow room and my new autopot XL 4 pot system.
Using airdomes, 2 inches of clay pebbles and eco thrive 70/30 coco perlite mix, this comes pre mixed with eco thrives charge (insect frass and microbes)
The plants are starting to put on growth now. Things progressing well so far, no issue apart from the temps are peaking at 28c and humidity is slightly low. I've tweaked my fan speed controller which has sorted this out.
Flowers starting to look frosty and have a strawberry /pomegranate smell which seems to be getting quite strong.looking forward to seeing them progress.
Looking nice and frosty, very strong smell at this stage. Buds are starting to fill out nicely, I am adding top shooter to the mix to harden them up.
Started running a cleanlight over them (uvc lamp) to protect against bud rot and stimulate resin production.
The smell is getting so strong its putting my carbon filter under serious pressure.. I've added to odour neutralizer gel outside the grow room.
Buds are very resinous and everything going very well in general
Smelling ridiculously strong at this point, my filter can't handle this one, I've had to use in duct odour neutraliser blocks and plenty of neutraliser gel around the grow. Buds are super dense and sticky, the smell is intensely fruity and sweet.
I'm running ripen for the next 10 days or so a d then will switch to florakleen for 3 before harvest. In the meantime I'll be running my cleanlight over them daily to stimulate resin production.
This one was a pleasure to grow, the only small issue I had was the powerful aroma which completely overpowered my carbon filter. I'm super happy with the quility of the finished and cured bud, it's definitely one of the most potent strains I've ever had. I could have done better on the yield with a longer veg but I was pleased with it none the less.

@NattyMeds, I've only just switched the tank on as autopot recommend 2 weeks of hand watering until the plants settle in. Very easy so far and easy to setup
