I had a slight potassium deficiency which I think has slowed growth down.
I raised the EC level and this seems to have sorted out the issue.

@NattyMeds, I've only just switched the tank on as autopot recommend 2 weeks of hand watering until the plants settle in. Very easy so far and easy to setup
