Growing a cannabis plant gets more and more satisfying everyday as her accelerating development appears. Her leaves look green and in good health. No harmful bug, including spider mite, is found at the moment but the tiny ivory dancers are. Her stem gets thicker and taller. Some of her roots develop beyond the pot to several centimeter order. I wonder if I could scan the structure of her roots so that I could observe her growing status more clearly. I find a faint herb-like flavor of her, although it does not seem to escape from the inside of the tent. Now I ponder whether and when additional nutrients should be installed. A friend of mine tells me that I need not append any further nutrient since she is planted on the bed of compost containing sufficient quantity of elements. I would like to ask you the GrowDiaries users for your suggestion. Any comments are welcome. These days I consider the flight from the state. After I complete my current work and the situation of society is settled, there shall be no reason for me to stay in the totalitarianism. Fortunately I have a sufficient amount of cash to migrate overseas. Most cannabis users in the state, however, would not escape for their cultural, social, and financial concerns. The only way for them to survive safe is to reform it. I hope the legalization or decriminalization of the cannabis be achieved in a decade, yet it is almost in despair. Anyway I keep on growing the plant in the state until the day of flight comes. Is any additional nutrient necessary for her? If necessary, could you please tell me what kind(s) of nutrient is suitable to make her buds larger and more effective?

hey there , during veg in soil the best thing to remember is less is more, you do want in general three categories of nutrients at all times : NPK, cal mag and a chelation agent. NPK is basic fertiliser, you're looking for a ration similar to 2-1-1 in veg and 1-2-2 for the NPK respectively, it will be displayed like this on the label. cal mag is necessary for cannabis even in soil. it turns out these "high quality genetics" just cant live optimally with naturally occurring cal mag. finally the chelation agent, this is what breaks down long chains of nutrients into smaller chains that are bio available to the plant. this can be humic and fluvic acid or beneficial bacteria, try canna boost or biobizz top max , greatwhite or hydroguard for the beneficial bacteria. Then you want to pace these : do one feed for every two plain water waterings minimum. follow this pace and you'll have commercial grade product . hope this helps ! 🚀

As shown in the photo, some of her leaves look bent inwards. Is it a kind of anomalies, and what do you think the cause is?

heat or too much nutrients can cause 'canoeing' looks less like nutes to me without coinciding symptoms, unless more easily seen than in picture etc.. Also, i see it's >80F? 85+ is typically entering grey zone of potential danger. try raising humidity and the plant can handle a higher temperature without doing that... there's a limit to how much that'll help too.. consult a VPD chart -- google images or check my comments section of the gd.com profile here... it is hosted here, so no 3rd-party web site invovled. i credit where i got it from... want to say perfect grower? it's in the comments.

Some leaves turn brown as in the photo. Leaves in the middle turn brown first, then bottom leaves. Now I try making larger lamp-to-plant distance and feeding less nutrients, but no good sign appears. Other conditions are stated in my diary. Why do you think it is?

you are having a ph issue in turn is creating a lock out. how to fix is easy, flush until your run off ph is at a 6.0, let the pot dry out for a few days, as when you flushed you are using water to clear out what is in the grow medium. after the pot has dried out probably 2 days , feed at half of what you have been feeding and add cal mag to the mix, makes sure to keep your ph in line. also when you flush pick your pot up so you know how much weight your plant has when full. last pick or cut off the damaged leaves, they will not return and by keeping them you could possibly get mold. so any dead or dying leaves should come off. hope this helps

She looks nice! I really enjoy the unique way you have to write your diary. Depression is a bitch, I know that too, but I have to admit that growing my babies has been the best anti-depressant I ever used. I hate to admit it but my addiction to cannabis is probably the major reason I always feels depressed so be careful with that treatment yes? It sure helps, but it can be a double bladed weapon, a very vicious circle. Always remember, this too shall pass. Happy growing!
