RuntZ just needs to be tried if nothing else, then to see the finished result. it is a super solid plant.
I plan to start schooling it, but otherwise it will mostly just be allowed to do its show
Runtz is an impressive plant with its mega leaves and really powerful branches and stem. I chose a few days ago to top it. to see if I could get a little control of its willingness to stretch and get the side shots up instead.
Runtz is one of the most solid plants I have grown in a long time, everything about it is just huge and it has now run from the gorilla glue dev was sown with. so I expect it will fill all 120x60 cm it gets of space.
she have ben topped 1 time and i dont think I will do more, she grows like I want her to do
a beautiful female, super solid and with lots of potential.the week has been like a walk in the park that is minimal to do and this time I have virtually no flies or anything else flying in the tent so it is 95% enjoyment and 5 % work with water and nutrition
she is a cool lady with amazing attributes, the trunk about 2 cm in diameter and the branches about half. I intend to give the branches support sticks when the flowers grow large. but otherwise I feel sure that at most a few of the branches will require support.
the plan is for the runts to team up with a kalini Asia in the scrognet and fill in a 120x120. it's very similar to Amnesia skunk in its way of growing up and I have then topped it a few times, to give the undergrene time to get up the top and give my KA time to get some height too.
runtzen has had its first week in 12/12 and i expect to see it start to bloom over the next few days. she has been well received, her 60x120 cm and is well on her way to filling her place.
I am extremely pleased with the way this lady has evolved and see how she spreads her flowers across the web. It's hard not to be happy with the settlement of this grow.
unlike Cheese, it seems she has recovered from what I think must have been eutrophication. at least she looks really good and the flowers are growing nicely
she matures pretty fast so I think she is ready for harvest within the next 5-7 days. her buds are perfect and really massive. Runtz is definitely one I consider cultivating outdoors in 21.
then she finally got the fall colors and she will be put in the dark for the next 45 hours before I harvest her. I am extremely pleased with her grow and the harvest I have in store.
the beautiful lady, has just delivered a premium harvest of as much as 168.6 grams. she was one of 12 plants in this grow, where half were AF plants and as I said she tops this grow with the largest amount so far. it just does not last that long as the last plant seems to give about 25% more than Runtzen. with that said I can easily recommend this variant of Runtz.
As previously told, Runtz was 1 of twelve plants started up in mid-August, runtz was sown 6 days later and she caught up with the rest of the herd within a month and she ended up as the second largest plant with 120 cm and beautiful 168.6 g, she has shown that it is a plant worth cultivating. as for the scent, then it is a mysterious chemical smell, and an incredibly mild taste, without I can put a name on either taste or smell.

with the distance the lamps have to the center of the canopy, they get just over 1200 Umol, so I think it should probably go with that distance. but thanks for the tip

@DTaro, thanks for the question. scent is a sweet chemical smell and really one one has to get used to, but along with the effect that lies in between a powerful sleeping pill or getting a grenade shock. 2-3 hisses of the joint and one is so crooked that it can not be described fair other than with the words intense and voluminous. it can not be compared, with the first times you were affected by good hash / pot, it is like the same experience on steroids in the overtaking lane full speed without seat belts on. one is affected.
@DTaro, it has a mild taste and aroma. such a bit chemical, without me being able to specify out what I mean. that effect is almost dangerous. it has an unpleasant tendency to go in the eyes and one lies and hovers between watching his film and his dreams. if you try to start your day on such a joint, it was certainly the last thing you got done that day. I refer of course to the fact that yes it kicks ass and even surprised me who has many years in the world of cannabis. I'm reasonably sure it's the most powerful cannabis I've tried to smoke and yes one is literally put down. after trying it, I only use it late at night, so I know I'm near my duvets: D
