We have lift off!! The stretch is commencing, and the girl is starting to flower! Still think she's going to explode, but with how bushy she is now it's hard to really tell. Time will tell!
If you run into issues into flowering that cause your sugar leaves to get crispy and discoloured, do you remove them? Or let them run their course and wait till harvest to trim them away?
Hi,
I would leave them on, personally.
As for what it may be,
I believe you're dealing with a significant calcium lockout caused by low ph. This will also lockout phosphorus, iron and zinc. Calcium can only be absorbed as Ca++ ions above a ph of 6.2, in soil. Maybe aim for a ph of 6.5-6.8.
Cheers,
Congratulations! 👏
