Ciao! This is my second growth ever and second time growing Glueberry OG auto. I don’t have much space to grow into, I can only use my washing machine closet which measures 50x60x110cm total. Adding all the equipment I have 50x50x90cm of true grow space. Since I don’t want to constantly grow to satisfy my needs I have to optimize everything! During my first crop I spent a lot of time studying and changing my growing environment and plant nutrition, this time I will focus more on plant structure. I plan to mainline the trunk and to apply LST during vegetation, than let the plan grow as much as it can. The big thing you can see in the pot is a blumat carrot, automated dripping system. I’ve already placed it not to disturbed the roots once grown but I don’t know if I’m going to use it since I’m in lockdown... During vegetation I will give every watering a splash of humid acid + seaweeds + amino acids and megacrop. Megacrop is the best nutrient I could find in my research and during my first grow proved its power. It has, however, too much nitrogen for flower and a low quantity of silica. I’ll supplement silica with rhino skin by advance nutrients, and during flower I’ll switch to megacrop 2parts so I can control the nitrogen. I have a general roadmap for nutes based on my past growth! My tap water has ph 7.4 so I need to lower it a lot. My acid of choice is sulfuric acid, this may seems strange but it was a major breakthrough during the first growth. You need just few drops per liter, it’s super stable once well mixed and gives sulfur (FUCKING SULFUR) to the plant, it’s win win win. It costs nothing and you find it everywhere, I’ve bought a scooter sized battery recharge for 6€, and it will last A LOT of grows. The only downside is the danger of having a strong acid at home, don’t play around it. I’m growing in a 11 liters fiber pot, half full at first because I’ll be adding more as the plant stretches. Using this method I am able to gain at least 10 cm of vertical space. I won’t transplant. Transplants are bad, m’kay?! Medium is 100% coco, very well washed, and I mean VERY WELL washed. I thrown away like half bag of dust and minuscule pieces!! Coco is buffered with Epsom salts and gypsum, along with all the nutrients I’ll be using during growth. I’ll do the same thing for all the coco I will be adding. The white stuff it’s a little sand I used in a previous strawberry crop. The plant is placed on top of my washing machine so a couple times a week it will receive a good dose of shacking. This was a thing I was scared by at first, but than I found out that not also the plant doesn’t really care even during germination, but it can have positive effects on buffing trunk and brenches.

Hi! I found small damage on 4 leaf. Could that be a genetic mutation or damage I did while doing LST? I have everything under control regarding environment and nutrition, this is the second time growing this strain. I have no clue ?_? My instincts says genetics.. Thanks!

Ph at 6 is the max in veg for soiless. At this point you can start getting a few little leaf deformation. Bring your ph to 5.8 the sweet spot for soiless in veg. 6.2 6.3 in flower. Cheers

Hi! Yesterday I found out that one of the buds was way dryer and more brown than the other. Is this bud rot? Plant is almost ready but this bud looks way different from the others

Sadly yes, rot. Try removing all traces of it from your living plant, in the areas where you found this bud. After that, wash your hands thoroughly and look for any other sites that may also be mouldy and if so remove those buds too. Always wash your hands again if you find some more before touching anywhere else to look further. You may have to increase air movement in your tent to reduce the humidity as much as possible. If you have caught this early enough, the rest of your flowers should still continue maturing as normal. Tell tale signs that there may be some rot in your buds is that the leaves associated with that bud will have died or look as though they are dying and in worst case scenarios, branches will fall over/break, due to the mould eating all the way through to the stems. Also caterpillars can sometimes burrow into the rotten buds, so look out for these too. After looking through your diary, I noticed a lot of burnt leaves, too many nutrients I would say, and these burnt/damaged leaves show signs of mould "attack". Another thing, 70% humidity or levels that high at any time is going to cause mould problems. Cannabis is not a rain forest plant and really doesn't need any auxiliary humidifiers in an enclosed grow space. Switch it off ASAP, your plant won't mind, plus you will save money. Hope this helps,.... Organoman.

excess of humidity when drying. I suggest not soaking them in water before hanging next time also put the hair dryer away 😂😂 Created quite a storm on insta hahahaha

@Zegr8, I understand why its done if you have had problems with pests or an outdoor crop yeah fair enough. though if your plants are healthy no reason to dunk your bud lol. my own personal preference everyone grows in different ways I respect your methods :) not all growers grow the same :)

You DID NOT develope bud rot from low calmag. In none of your pictures does your plant show low calmag. You developed bud rot due to poor air flow directly on the buds and from high humidity in grow room. Nothing else. If your growing one plant I wouldn't use the drip system. I would just water it with mytes everyday or every other day in coco. If you dont use tap water the add a bit of calmag. Coco takes PH of 5.5 to 6.2 you'll have to find a sweet spot.
