At long last, these babies are in flower! I flipped and stripped, removing everything underneath the screen and lightly defoliating above the screen, mainly to avoid overlapping leaves and improve airflow and reduce humidity. They've grown back in days, but I plan take them off slowly rather than do another strip at 3 weeks like I've done prior. The suggestion came from Capulator's IG, the rationale being that slow and steady is less stressful on the plant, there's no need to wait for it to "bounce back" from a heavy strip this way.
On the environment end of things, I finally exhausted my tent outdoors and picked up an A/C to keep the heat in check in the coming months. I am hoping these two will allow me to keep my VPD in check, but if not I will have to buy a standalone dehumidifier for late flower. I will keep an eye on numbers and make that decision in the weeks to come.
Super excited about the weeks ahead! Home stretch, baby!
@donutgrower, i thinks it wonβt do much different now. Mycorrhiza works with new root growth. And think your pot is full of root already.
It took longer but your ladies will all get there.
@Med_in_Tropic I completely forgot to inoculate this round and it's very noticeable. I wasn't sure whether to go through with it and add Mykos to my top dressing like the Mendo Dope boys do or just wait it out and compare next run with vs without. Not sure yet but great observation!
@Rock_n_Roll_Randy thank you! Same, I am a fan of the curling with frost so I'm probably keeping the Shockwave #1 for another few runs to see how far I can take it!
Hopefully just some pH flux instead of a leaf spot/rust! I had a little spotting on my seedling this week and just added a tiny bit of Hydrogen Peroxide to my spray bottle and it cleared it up faster than Windex in My Big Fat Greek Wedding π
Good luck with the rest of your grow π
@ThrashedTV_BakedByGlaze thanks for the heads up ππΌ, I looked at GrowWeedEasy's chart of issues and it does look similar to ph issues, I overlooked that aspect completely. I appreciate the support, all the best with your grows too!
