Germinated 1 seed by paper towel and she popped in 2 days, I then transplanted to rock will cube and surrounded by clay pebbles, popped out of the rock wool in a day. I like to have the rock wool low and slowly add more clay pebbles to fill the pot as she grows, so the first nodes are as low as possible. Can't wait to bud this one and hopefully getting some pretty pink buds out of it.
Starting out this grow good, going to try and bush her out real nice and get some weight out of it. No mainlining or anything just topping and low stress training. Was hoping to do a few Tropicanna poisons and keep cloning the most colorful one but with space just growing this one and hoping for the best. If I get some of the colors and taste I'm looking for will definitely do another clone diary and fill a tent with pink and purple. Stoked on this one!
The first set of leaves started curling up a few days ago. Not exactly sure the cause if anyone has any ideas. I changed the res and gave her vegging nutrients and seems to be loving it. The next nodes coming in are looking good. Going away for a week today so hoping to come back to a doubled in size Tropicanna poison, one of my favorite parts of hydroponics is the ability to go away and come back to nice healthy plants
After the bottom nodes started curling I did a res change and went on a week vacation, came back today and she is getting back to normal and starting to grow nice. Going to start topping soon.
Buds starting to come in nicely, still didn't get the color I wanted right off the bat like I've seen in other diaries but still excited about the short flower time and the flavor. I defoliated alot yesterday and she's looking healthy.
Lost power here for 5 days. Got a generator going most of the day but a few times it would run out of gas for a while, so hopefully we got the lights and temperatures decent enough to not reveg or herm.
Went ahead and super cropped a few of the tall colas. looking and smelling great, not the fattest buds but I'm stoked to try her out. The TP clones didn't do so well with the power outage and my guest waterer but we're starting to bounce back
Starting to really smell, nice and fruity, and the trichomes are packing in. Unsure if the power outage stress caused her to not stack in properly. Little larfy more than I was hoping but none the less really excited to finish her up and try out the buds. Started to ripen for a week a so then going to flush for as long as the plant stays alive, try for a longer flush than I normally do to compare. Also went ahead a three the clones in the flower tent to see if I can get the same flavor with fatter buds.
Been flushing for a few days now. Going to keep flushing til next Monday then chop. Buds smelling amazing, not going to be a ton of weight but I'm going to try and get the best quality I can.
Hung for a week at 50 the and 70 °f then trimmed and have been curing for about 2 weeks now. Really good bud. Blaming the larf on the reveg, have the clones a few weeks away from finishing up and are looking alot fatter. Was hoping for the color I've seen in some diaries on here but still pleased with the little bits of pink and purple. Overall great strain. Can't wait to try some other tropicana poison seeds I have another time.
