๐This Sweet Seeds Crystal Candy Auto XL will be the 10th plant since the legalization of medical cannabis in my state. This is my second Sweet Seeds strain.
๐I'll be doing frequent fertigation with 2 fertigation events per day. I will also do intermittent irrigation events used to keep the medium at optimum for the plant.
๐I'll eventually have this plant under 2 Mars Hydro TS1000 lamps. Just using one for now. The lamps will be plugged into a smart outlet that is WIFI enabled and I set the schedule for 18 on 6 off. I will be adjusting the output of the lamps over the course of the grow, as well as the height, and the plugs give the wattage data in real time. I can also figure cost analysis if I get really bored and want to do math.
๐Based on all my plants so far, this will take approximately 100 days. (March 9th) I could be wrong, Sweet Seeds claims a 65 day seed to harvest time line. My first Sweet Seed Auto, Sweet Amnesia Haze Auto XL also claimed 65 days, yet it took 100 days. I believe this may have more to do with my methodology, but Im am a relative amateur at horticulture so only time will tell. I would love a faster timeline but am happy to just let the plant do what its going to do and try to help it reach its potential.
@@FirstCough, I appreciate your kind words. It's really hard to see the full size of the colas because of all the leaves. The buds are getting plump. The Queen cola is going to be a beauty...as long as luck is on my side.
Plant looks great. I like her shape it looks happy. I was gonna ask about the tennis balls too but gussed you would have been asked already๐. Just had to scroll down a bit.. Good luck for the rest of your grow.๐
Wow! Your plants are huge ๐ I already chopped mine yesterday, these plants just wanna flower forever it seems. I was finding new herms every day so I decided to end it, even though there was still a lot of new growth. Interested in seeing your results ๐
@FrogLord, Thanks! I think the stress that was causing the hermed calixes was the reluctance of the trichomes to mature to mostly cloudy. What's also odd about this plant is that it didn't start the new calix growth until it's tent mate was harvested...as if it was devastated that it's lifelong partner was killed. ๐ฟ ๐ท
Looking good mate. I love that raised up grill tray tennis balls. Iโve thought about doing the same sort of thing ages ago itโs so simple, I should think it would be quite tricky to remove when itโs bigger for maintenance but well worth a try good luck mate.
@nelly31, Thanks! The tennis balls are to keep the rack from poking holes in the floor of the tent. They also make it easier to slide the plant around. I don't have to remove my plant from the tent, but if I did the rack also would make it easier to pick up.
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 8 out of 10!! ๐๐โค๏ธ
We hope you enjoy the harvest ๐
Sweet smokes!

@Smokwiri, wow such a hollow gesture. Am I supposed to be excited that you've spammed mine and hundreds of other diaries with the same crap? I'm not honored or impressed. ๐
