๐Its a solid dome of pine cones. I stress a little that the grey nastiness will pay a visit. I try to be vigilent, the room is clean and steril as I can make it. Leonardo Da Vinci is the official overseer of the Weird Jimmy Memorial Grow Lab, yet he isnt allowed inside the tent. However I know, its a risk you face when the buds become freek-show fat and dense. I have great ventilation and the air is never still in the tent. The aroma of the magical plump cones is sweet and piney. The finger smell after touching a bud is a very arousing, tangy sweet pine-sol. The pistols on the buds are almost completely brown for the upper level buds. The lower outside buds have a bit more white pistols. The plant looks as if the amber trichomes would be numerous. The trichomes are mostly cloudy on the calix's and almost no ambers. Amber trichomes can be seen everywhere on the sugar leaves.
๐I changed to the ripen mix on the GHE flora series early in the week. The pH ha remained steady, but the EC has climbed. By the end of the week I have increased the frequency of the low EC irrigations. Its just a watch a wait game now. Ill be observing the trichomes almost daily with a 10x magnifying glass, a 40x eye loop, a DSLR, and a USB microscope.
@@FirstCough, I appreciate your kind words. It's really hard to see the full size of the colas because of all the leaves. The buds are getting plump. The Queen cola is going to be a beauty...as long as luck is on my side.
Plant looks great. I like her shape it looks happy. I was gonna ask about the tennis balls too but gussed you would have been asked already๐. Just had to scroll down a bit.. Good luck for the rest of your grow.๐
Wow! Your plants are huge ๐ I already chopped mine yesterday, these plants just wanna flower forever it seems. I was finding new herms every day so I decided to end it, even though there was still a lot of new growth. Interested in seeing your results ๐
@FrogLord, Thanks! I think the stress that was causing the hermed calixes was the reluctance of the trichomes to mature to mostly cloudy. What's also odd about this plant is that it didn't start the new calix growth until it's tent mate was harvested...as if it was devastated that it's lifelong partner was killed. ๐ฟ ๐ท
Looking good mate. I love that raised up grill tray tennis balls. Iโve thought about doing the same sort of thing ages ago itโs so simple, I should think it would be quite tricky to remove when itโs bigger for maintenance but well worth a try good luck mate.
@nelly31, Thanks! The tennis balls are to keep the rack from poking holes in the floor of the tent. They also make it easier to slide the plant around. I don't have to remove my plant from the tent, but if I did the rack also would make it easier to pick up.
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 8 out of 10!! ๐๐โค๏ธ
We hope you enjoy the harvest ๐
Sweet smokes!

@Smokwiri, wow such a hollow gesture. Am I supposed to be excited that you've spammed mine and hundreds of other diaries with the same crap? I'm not honored or impressed. ๐
