๐The plant didn't stretch much and it only grew one inch over the week. But the buds have started to bud up. The buds are looking like they will be nice fat dense pine cones. The main trunk is thick and the branches are all very stout, I have the metal rods in place on the pot so I can attach bamboo support rods if needed, but since going to this style of light (non-blurple) my plants have been super sturdy and haven't needed support for the good big buds Ive been blessed with. I expect this one will be no different. The leaves are dense and no nutrition issues are showing. I wont be removing any leaves until the plant tells me it doesn't want them any more. I fertigated at the mid range of the feed chart recommended range. Towards the end of the week I have eased off just little. The aroma in the tent is the typical cannabis fun smell. It makes me smile every time the aroma hits my nostrils when I open the tent. The buds have a sort of sickly sweet putrid aroma when sniffed up close. After touching a bud and then smelling my fingers the aroma is sweet pinesol-esq with none of the putrid smell. That up close bud sniff aroma seldom remains in the final bud so Im not worried that my weed will smell that way in the end. Its just very weird...which is part of the fun of growing this magical plant.
@@FirstCough, I appreciate your kind words. It's really hard to see the full size of the colas because of all the leaves. The buds are getting plump. The Queen cola is going to be a beauty...as long as luck is on my side.
Plant looks great. I like her shape it looks happy. I was gonna ask about the tennis balls too but gussed you would have been asked already๐. Just had to scroll down a bit.. Good luck for the rest of your grow.๐
Wow! Your plants are huge ๐ I already chopped mine yesterday, these plants just wanna flower forever it seems. I was finding new herms every day so I decided to end it, even though there was still a lot of new growth. Interested in seeing your results ๐
@FrogLord, Thanks! I think the stress that was causing the hermed calixes was the reluctance of the trichomes to mature to mostly cloudy. What's also odd about this plant is that it didn't start the new calix growth until it's tent mate was harvested...as if it was devastated that it's lifelong partner was killed. ๐ฟ ๐ท
Looking good mate. I love that raised up grill tray tennis balls. Iโve thought about doing the same sort of thing ages ago itโs so simple, I should think it would be quite tricky to remove when itโs bigger for maintenance but well worth a try good luck mate.
@nelly31, Thanks! The tennis balls are to keep the rack from poking holes in the floor of the tent. They also make it easier to slide the plant around. I don't have to remove my plant from the tent, but if I did the rack also would make it easier to pick up.
Thank you very much for trusting our strains, and sharing your experience.
And thank you very much again for the score of 8 out of 10!! ๐๐โค๏ธ
We hope you enjoy the harvest ๐
Sweet smokes!

@Smokwiri, wow such a hollow gesture. Am I supposed to be excited that you've spammed mine and hundreds of other diaries with the same crap? I'm not honored or impressed. ๐
