Having an issue where the leaves are spotting Brown. I’m adding cal-mag and am not having this issue on any other plants except for this one. I thought it could be from misting the air with a spray but stopped that for a while and it is still continuing.

That’s a lot of nutes for plants that age even for coco. What your seeing is calcium deficiency but most likely because it’s being blocked by the additional phosphate and potassium that is being added to your solution. Cut back on all of the nutes and you’ll see this issue stop progressing

Looking to order some feminized seeds. Would like to get a variety and also doesn’t cost $$$ in shipping prices. I live in America and would prefer for it to be non automatic like fast buds. I have placed an order with GYO but have yet to receive a tracking num plz help!

I live in the US also and have never had any issues with any of my seed orders. I’ve ordered seeds from a variety of European distributors and they all arrived successfully. My current favorite seed distributor is Seedsman. Tons of variety, great prices, lots of freebies, and discrete shipping. Usually takes about 10 days for my order to arrive here on the east coast. Good luck with GYO!

So the majority of the pistils have turned red. The trichomes have turned cloudy but I’m not seeing any swelling in the calyxes. Also I’m seeing some foxtailing going on with new white pistils developing on the top. Is it ready for harvest?

I'd start flushing (if you have not already) then harvest next week. She looks ready to me. Good luck!👍

@Jeff123fish thank you very much for your feedback. I cut my nutrients in half and that appears to have stopped the issue at hand. It wasn’t really a dificiency so much as it was I was over feeding them. Since I cut back the nutes there has been no more spotting. 🤗 I will be posting week 5 pictures for Sunday. They have gotten pretty big. I have another VIPARSPECTRA light arriving in the mail tomorrow which will hopefully give me better coverage. I think this upcoming week will be my last week of veg as well seeing as I will inevitably run out of space if I let them get too much taller. A special THANK YOU to the whole GD community for helping me along this process!

Those brown spots do look like they were caused by droplets burning off from you lights to me also. I don’t mist my plants as often as you, but when I do I mist at the beginning of the dark cycle so the moisture has evaporated before the lights come back on.

I will add close up pictures on Sunday. I have removed the fan leaves affected but it appears to be affecting the lower leaves and working its way up the plant.

@Kindbudz,sounds like it’s not heat or circulation related then. I hear great things about using ladybugs against mites. Hopefully they help! 🙏

Kindbudzcommented7 years ago
@DudeGrowsWeed, I’m averaging a heat of 75f. As far as air circulation goes I have an intake and exhaust fan rated at 355cfm my tent is 107cf and I have an adjustable speed controller on the fans. Also I have 2 oscillating fans inside the tent to help with any direct heat on the plants from the lights. I don’t think it is a pest issue as it has only been occurring to the one plant. I’m almost sure it is due to over feeding. Today is the last day that I will flush out the coco but should be adding a 1/2 strength nutrient solution to it tomorrow. Thanks for all your help!

@Kindbudz, Also just noticed the "Is this a mite" pic. Its a little hard to tell from the pic, but it does look like a mite to me. The ladybugs should help. You may also want to try spraying with need oil. My buddy swears by need oil for killing spider mites. Personally, I've never had to deal with them in my garden yet. Also, you may want to try running a lower heat and more air circulation. Good luck!

@Kindbudz Hi there! Humboldt, Soma Seeds, Exotic Genetix, Top Dawg, are all serious US breeders. I'd recommend to avoid reseller websites (ilovegrowingmarijuana...) but rather buy directly from the breeder. Happy growing 👊

Send a pic of the back side of your leaves ........... that the best way to check for spider mite .....its not a nut burn for sure your tip will curl up first then slowly burn off ...... i really doubt your are over spaying because your leave will look like really sad and heavy ......... i really doubt a 600 watt vipra led that 31 in way will burn anything especially your bottom leave ....... you have some type of pest ........AZA MAX !!!!!!!
