Judging by your diary I would say phosphorus deficiency. I don't believe BioGrow has any in it. Bone meal is an organic supplement for phosphorus if you're trying to go in that direction.
Also check pH and EC because you may have other deficiencies it appears. It's possible you have a nutrient lockout.
