Plants were very overgrown, vegged out by somebody else and gifted for the first test on the new space. These were defoliated heavily and transplanted to the flower room under the Mars Hydro SP-6500 at 80% light.
The heat mats did the trick. The flowers finally started to grow at the rate the lights would allow. This is where the Mars Hydro SP-6500 finally start coming into their element and the plants start blowing up!
Flush has begun, nugs are booming. the Tropicana Cookies are growing substantially but has no sign of discoloration or matured pistils. The Ice Cream Cake is getting increasingly dense, also showing no signs of matured pistils. Looks like more flower time than expected.
Week 2 of flushing, still not much sign of colors changing. Pistils are still fresh on most plants. Tropicana is still growing. Ice Cream Cake looks like it's almost ready for the chop.
This run went a lot better than expected. There were lots of problems while in a rush to get the new grow going. But once everything was dialed in, everything started booming! The next run should even put this one to shame with the much healthier plants in the veg room.
I would love to fill the room with more of these clones. Next time, I'll harvest to dry and smoke the flower! Even the larf was dense little popcorn nugs, still something I'd be happy to pick up off the street!
