Showing her first set of 3 leaves already and lifted dome off her slightly yesterday to harden her off a bit then removed it this morning.. Topped her mid week and decided to take cuttings from her today.. Used 1litre of tap water and added 3ml of vitalink a&b hydro grow(hard water version), 1.5ml of hygrozyme, 2ml of vitalink fulvic acid and 1ml of shogun silicon.. Dropped pH to 5.5 and placed in 2 small rockwool cubes.. Let them soak for 5mins then placed in propagation tray to let warm up to grow room temp.. Took both cuttings from lowest branches off mother plant then tied mother plant back with plant ties to encourage her to bush out bit more.. 😁👍 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Ive transplant the mother cutting for nxt line of girls and ive just been tryin to keep the 2 clones from drying out.. I was ill other day and they felt pretty light so i rushed and gave them plain waterbut it was ph'd formy soil plants @6.2.. Only once did this happen though so both should be fine.. Been busy this week and girls have been a little dry and then im avin to slightly over water to make sure they didnt dry out completely by time i was able to get back to check them.. Not ideal conditions but better to kept them in safe zone's.. Anyway.,placed clones into NFT yesterday and set tank res up at 900ppm / ph5.7..tryin a slightly different approach on lighting this run.. As you'll know if u follow my hydro diaries i always start in nft a 14(on) /10(off) light schedule for 14days and then switch to true 12/12..this just helps to get girls thru any transplant shock and initial 1st few days adjustment to the new grow environment.. If i placed them straight into 12/12 lighting it can sometimes not give me enough height on plants(especially Indica dominant strains).. I personally prefer some height on plants as im 6'2" and its easier for me to work on them and not push my back out🤣.. I've got the 2 Marshydro SP150'S on 12hr and hps @400w and 14hrs (will reverse this nxt run of Future #1).. 😁👍 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. Ive noticed a strange sediment in the res and think that a few minerals or something must have bonded.. At first i thought it was bug larvae but after looking closer i can see i need to empty out res or add hydroxide and check.. I'll most likely empty and refresh and add H.peroxide aswell to make sure the top root channels are clear of any nasty build ups.. On the upside they are still positively growing and jumped 6cm in first week.. Due to the efficiency of hydroponics and the nearly 900w of light hitting these girls, once they have a few tap roots formed they will explode!!.. 🤞😁 Huge thanks to you all for your support, comments, follows and likes.. They've been given an upgrade from the wonderful Penny and the super Marshydro team!!.. I gratefully received a full grow kit containing a 310w Mars Hydro TSW2000, 120x120x200cm tent, 6inch carbon filter with fan and all the necessary gadgets u need to start growing and help you through your crops!!..(note: i accidentally received the wrong package from warehouse and after very easy contact/response with Penny the warehouse resent the parcel and i cant say how happy i was with the professional service - i even got to keep the original parcel which was 2 very nice black leather bar stools which my sister had!!).. Because I am a big fan and have been using Mh for a few yrs now i decided to use my existing 2xsp150's and i also purchased another TSW2000.. The tent itself looks very well built and has more than enough vents, cable and ducting holes, has 2x side zips for easy access to the sides/rear and a velcro viewing window.. Assembled myself in 30mins(bars and fabric cover).. And i personnel favourite of mine is the quiet zip, as crazy as it sounds, its a big deal for me when the outside world is listening!.. Feeling very blessed and honoured to be finally working with this great company(part of the LG group) and have been using their equipment and services for a while now.. Even had a couple of close friends either use Marshydro as add on leds or completely switched over from cmh or hps after seeing the results from some of my grows.. With around 900w of power and the extra space im hoping to get some columns.. Amazing progress over the week with both girls filling out and growing in height.. Flipped the light to true 12/12 on 18/3/21 and gave her a top up with bloom based nutrition.. Decided to lst the closest plant and will just be growing with the flow as this is my first run of this strain and using this tent/environment.. Everything seems to be working great and the tent is brilliant allowing me more room and is way more accessible than my old budbox(still a very good tent tbh).. The 2 "Future #1" clones from Anesia Seeds growing in a 40ltr NFT tank are looking great.. Lots of potential flowing sites and i used both lst and super cropping techniques this week to fill out tent more and create a more even canopy(on nxt grow i mite use a scrog net and try my hands at that as ive very little experience in trying it properly)..extremely pleased with the TSW2000 kit.. I really appreciate Mars Hydro for the sponsor and I have full confidence in their products, team and services.. As u may or may not know I have used the sp150's for a while alongside digi 600w hps' lamps so running this project is a great experience to replace oldskool hps altogether.. At present time im not sure any company makes a 900w grow bar/quantum board?.. So this is my 1st run of these genetics and with this equipment and im very impressed with both so far.. Just been topping up the res every other day as they are both drinking alot and feeding very well.. Haven't done any more training this week and I have just pulled off a few sun leaves each day from each girl but nothing major.. With about 4-5wks left on them till harvesting i have slowly raised the ppm each week(checking ph & ppm daily) and will max out @1400ppm..🤞😁 Huge amount of thanks to you all for your continued support, comments, follows and likes.. I noticed the back plant had started to get a bit blotchy and started slightly paling with a few tiny spots.. This could be a lack of either cal, mag or potassium.. To try and remedy the problem early i have emptied the res and flushed 5litres of room temp ph adjusted plain water through the root tray.. I refilled the main res with 40litres of solution and added some cal/mag and potassium(terpinator).. Hoping this helps her through the last few weeks of her life and I will just keep checking the pH/ppm daily and adjust if necessary.. Apart from this minor issue the flowering sites on both these girls are looking potentially fat n chunky.. Emptied res today and refilled with a lower ppm but mainly cut bk on main A&B base nutes.. Will continue this week to just add topups of half strength nutes and start a flush nxt sunday by filling res up with just plain pH adjusted water.. This week I have been slowly reducing the amount of feed and additional stimulates in the res and getting the girls to use all the energy from their leaves.. I plan to harvest nxt weekend so i emptied the res today and rinsed the root channels out.. I refilled the tank with 40 litres of plain pH'd water @20°C.. Will just be checking the pH every day and adjust if necessary.. Both girls are swelling up beautifully and look amazing in my opinion.. Look forward to seeing her under the loop and I will be posting pics of harvest nxt week.. Really excited about this strain and so glad she's near the finish now.. This grow has been quite a simple one with very little problems.. After initial trimming it looks like ive hit a decent yeild from her.. The smell is very Gorilla based with hints of tangy fruits.. She is a brilliant looking hybrid that was very easy to trim around her dense nuggets.. I'm very confident she will av a decent kick to her when dry and cured.. What a fantastic strain.. Both my partner and myself are very happy with "Future #1".. It definitely seems to deliver on the hype it had buzzing around!.. It took a bit longer to dry than usual (im presuming from the extra weight tbh).. After my second roll i felt her strength creeping over me and was convinced this is a very unique strain.. She doesn't get covered in trichomes on her fan leaves like sum well known varieties and THE only negative i have is she obviously wouldn't produce alot of trim for extraction.. But - I really don't mind though because what you get in return is just a huge bounty of eye redin, nose twitching very dense, trichome laden buds.. I wasn't 100% sure about her flavour on first few joints but soon forgot i was meant to be takin notes🤣🙈.. Took 12/13 days hanging dry and she was jarred up and opened every day for 15mins(4-5days).. She's super smooth to smoke and very moreish.. I love this strain, it gets my nose tingling!.. im pretty active on it also with less aches so that is very positive.. I would 100% recommend "Future #1" to everyone.. If your a non-heavy smoker then just take her slowly at first, she will creep up on you.. 😁👍
