I am incredibly lazy so I dropped the seed directly into a soaked rapid rooter and then into its final home (5 gal fabric pot)
Added a little makeshift dome to try to help keep humidity up and voila here we are!
This seedling is definitely growing quickly! There is some weird leaf twisting or curling that I’m not sure about. Too much light? Low humidity? Overwatering? I’ll probably post my first question ever 🤷♀️🏽
This one is growing a little faster (or maybe it’s just genetically fatter?) than the other one I got going. Very happy so far! Everything is running smoothly!
I am so happy with this girl! She’s growing crazy fast and she’s thiccccccccc. Her leaves are so chunky 😍 I will probably top and begin main-lining training sometime next week
Began training this week by topping, defoliating and tying down stems. I accidentally broke one of the branches (broke my heart also LOL). Got a lot of suggestions to use tape and it looks like it’s working so far! Hoping for the best now!
Did the 2nd topping on day 40 and so far so good! The branch that snapped last week is a little skinnier and smaller but I’m hoping she’ll catch up soon. I definitely plan on doing one more topping for 8 colas and then she will be ALMOST ready to flip into flower.
What a bittersweet week! The taped branch fully healed up perfectly and I was able to take the tape off w no problems.
HOWEVER, I somehow accidentally snapped off one of the 4 mains. I taped her up yet again and she is a little droopy on that side and NOT GROWING like the other 3. Should I just wait it out until it catches up with the others or did I mess up my whole mainlining attempt?
The 2 mains on the previously broken branch are growing slowly. Still not caught up to the other ones but slowly getting there. Started some LST yesterday. Wont really be doing much else until she’s ready to flip.
I always think it’s not growing at all until I update my diaries and really see the difference in the pictures. Thank god for Grow Diaries!!!
Changed my ViparSpectra P1000 out for the Spider Farmer SF2000 just because it’s better for my 2x4x5 tent. My mistake was I didn’t think about how much stronger it was than the last one and burned my plants :(
The light has been moved further away and I think they’re recovering now! I’m thinking maybe I should flip her into flower now OR wait another week???
Struggling with a problem I’m not sure how to fix!!! Will be posting a question soon. My plan is to just let her grow out for another week or so and then flip so hopefully I can resolve whatever this is soon!
Hi there Helpamamagrow , that's micronutrient-related issues , you can tell from the yellowing in between the veins of the leafs , affecting the newest growth first (immobile nutrient issues). Thing is, you're already adding micronutrients. So what happened is a lockout. that rarely happens but i see you're using two different micro nutrient feeds. that's likely too much. Unfortunately these things are quite difficult once they hit the soil in this way. You'll need a flush i'm afraid ! Water until run off , then water 40% more of that amount for a flush, make sure you avoid water stress / overwatering by timing your wet dry cycle. Then cut out one or the other micronutrient feed , and just keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing great besides this one minor thing. Consider keeping your veg a while longer to compesate for any stress, hey! Hope this helps ! 🚀

Only fed water this week really and shes looking really sad in these pictures but she’s definitely looking better now. Especially the clone!

i know they still look a little sad but HALLELUJAH they are recovering and perking right back up! I want to wait til they’re fully fully healthier again to flip but they’re getting taller and taller I’m gonna run out of height space. So I’m flipping tomorrow and hoping for the best. Turned lights down to 75% and flushed thanks to so many ppl on here and they are looking a million times happier ☺️
They’re not the healthiest looking but they’re definitely way better than they were! Couldn’t wait any longer and needed to flip into flower because I was running out of height space
I agree with bulbs here. you are using bloom nutes during your veg period too according to your chart. Ideally these would only be used AFTER the stretch period has slowed right down and full flowering is on . Their nitrogen need drops and theirnp Pand K raise. Flowering feed is higher in these two elements . Flush and reset the medium is the sure fire way to make sure it doesn't worsen
