Day 35 (day 1 flowering): Wow these ladies kick into flowering early. thankfully they have allowed me time to get them spread out. Today was a last attempt at getting them into their own space fornwach growing tip. even the lowers have been encouraged to join the party for the stretch period. Bring it on , we are ready !. lol
The Mimosa lemon has really got busy the last week and her transition for flowering should be very positive with her l.s.t set up. She has so many growth tips that are joining the vertical climb. she is still very workable but is hardening up more now. I definitely notice the lack of using silicon fornthese so will start tonadd it early on I think. Seeing how well she filled the pot is a bonus too. she will be a good producer I think . she is at The edges of the 30L pot now and will be held there until late in flowering. Once she hits 21 days , I will defoliate her along with the Glueberry.
The Glueberry is a thicket of new growth and hopeful main buds. The stems are so thick that she is nearly unworkable. with the breakages to her 4th node , I am hoping to keep her stress below snapping point till the finish. She has some serious thick mains fighting for the top slot and i expect a beasty of a flowering girl. Having g just hit the flowering , I hope to use the stretch to get her set up better. seeing her clumped up makes me nervous. Her structure is similar to a manifold but less planned that way. lwrs see what she does.
be well.
@PurpleWorship,craziest result but smokes so nicely and all the thin stems grind with the bud with no harshness too. I have seeds from its pollen chuck that are growing very similar but a lot more bud like structure. Smells like it with a fruity hint too. Smokes perfect too.
@TightNugs,it put putbmale pollen sacs low down too so I got lemon mimosa crossed with the whole strain variety that run. Some great looking seeds from it. Possible new hybrids autos . Winner all round thankfully.
Wow that is an amazing looking plant, congrats. On the photos and in the video the buds look pink, reddish pink kind of color. Is that really how its looks in real life?
@YoungGrower6789,it does look like that close up. really odd plant. now all dried and somehow needs harvesting but it looks so like small berries than buds still amdnvery open structure too. harvest report tos coming next day or so so should be good on yield. strange lady indeed bit smells amd crumbles perfectly amd such a high limonene aroma too . smelly little lady. lol
Your ML really looks unique. I have two plants myself growing, one looks very much like yours (still in week 12 - 7th of flowering), all stretched with thin branches and her buds all over the place (very sativa like). The other one is a different pheno, short, stocky, with clear pine structure but plenty of side branches. Colas are dense and relatively big (her overall height is about 37cm, and her main cola is about the size of a RedBull can). The big one has a lemony scent however the small one is much more subtle with only a hint of it. I am expecting the indica type one to come to harvest time relatively quickly but the other one, judging by yours, would take a while to finish.
In any case, I salute you and congratulate on your amazing work (not just with this diary). Happy growing mate
@FreshRob,wow Rob thank you buddy. I am shocked at how it has turned out right at the last minute. hanging them has made them look more completed as a budspike but I know its only gravity doing it. lol Really off phe o and very like a classic Dr Grinspoon which jas a crazy long flowering time but is a very rare grow to see now due to this. I worried it had some innit genetics as even at the end of the 12th week , it could have still gone on I think.. hearing your experience too has me thinking it is more a pheno difference than a wrong seed in the pack so thanks for that brother. I have some more seeds so will hopefully get the other pheno too at some point.
@HirdoWeirdo,Thank you. I am looking forward to the mimosa Lemon finish now. seems she needs a lot more than the 8/9 weeks on this phenotype and is only now pushing her second pistil burst. An interesting result seems apparent now. lol. thanks for the positives.
@Smokwiri,thanks buddy. certainly honk the lemon in there now. makes my mouth tingle when i go in the tent.lol
The Glueberry nicely balances the smell now its fruity.
