Main-lining and Cloning | White Widow

The ladies are responding well to their first topping. I am noticing that their leaves are praying much higher than they were previously. Recently got a new 2 ft by 4 ft tent to place everything in. Excited to see how the ladies respond to mainlining. I decided to clone only Wilma and will see if my first attempt is successful. Placed her cutting in a cup as soon as I cut. A few hours later I noticed I put way too much water and had to remove a lot of it. Wilma is stretching a lot everyday and will need to get topped again in a week at most for her to have a total of 4 tops. I have noticed Wanda's main stem is noticeably thinner and weaker in a certain area, so I attempted to add a support. A few days later the area seemed to stiffen up and I removed the support. I am hoping she naturally just grows and thickens her main stem up. Not sure why it happened.
