Looks like we made it through germination. Now to get some size on these ladies. Moved to 24 inches from light on Day 8. Day 10: They love it. No nutes again this week as they are perfectly happy and growing in the ffof.
It feels like I ran into a PH problem at the end here. I'm glad it was such a fast plant. I have fixed my water situation again. The learning never stops :))
@Dirty_Hippy, funny I done the same with brown/yellow tips. Only a few on each plant think it was a combo of light and feed but gone in 48 hours so kept feeding
I have been uesing ph perfect feed and have had no problem with over feeding and was at max with grow and now in day three in bloom at at there max of 4ml per liter and they are very happy.
Looking forward to seeing your up date at end of week.
Have a good one 🤙
@Goodvibs, Those tips I was talking about did brown a touch. I guess I was a little early even with my extremely mild dose. I attribute this to the soil I am using. Personally though, I like a couple barely browned tips. Tells me I am at full nutrient capacity lol... but it is a really good indicator that they are not hungry yet. Hope yours are thriving this week, can't wait to see em
@Dirty_Hippy, it’s cool to watch the 2 grows as there so close together.
Being my first grow I’m probably going to go wrong a few times , so will be cool to see the difference in how you look after yours.
Like the soil your uesing I didn’t think to hard on soil, went for coco.
Have a good week mate 🤙
@Dirty_Hippy, thank for the info.
Big thing for me is smell so has to be done in the tent
I’m running a dehumidifier at the mo and I imagine I will when drying too.
How many weeks do you think I’ve got left ? Ours have been such different grows, grate to watch.
@Goodvibs, I don't know your RH environment enough to suggest anything. If it's very humid and you run a dehumidifier, try starting to dry the first cut near the exhaust of the tent, but not in direct flow of the air. Also cut smaller chunks of branches. when the other finishes all can go in the tent. If it is very arid where you are, best bet is to get a humidifier. In this case you would want to start by haning the whole plant as one. You can have a drastic effect on drying time by how many fan leaves you remove, how much stem you leave and how itact the entire plant is. If it's a smell isue, might need to work on another plan. Hope that helps.
@Dirty_Hippy, true that, the more I look it seems to pretty much depend on when people swop to bloom nutrients if you do that at the very first sight of pistols the grow gets done quicker.
I’m a little worried that one of mine looks more mature the problem for me is the only place I can’t dry it is in the tent so have to chop everything at the same time.
I’m hoping for another week or two, as they are starting to put som Weight on now but don’t won’t to over cook them as would like as strong as possible smoke 🤙
@Dirty_Hippy, thanks man.
All sorted now, I was getting worried, it would be ashamed not to have finished, it’s cool looking back for things to do differently next time 🤙
Thanks again man
@GreenHillZone, Thank you friend. It looks and smells incredible. I have already gotten so much enjoyment out of this plant the smoke will be bonus. And to think that these were freebies that got sent because i won a giveaway of some other seeds. They are freebie freebies lol and definitely worth every penny
Looks awesome, I think you're gonna get an excellent harvest from this grow. I'd say there's a good bit to go yet, probably 3 weeks minimum if I had to guess.. plenty of time to get their chunk on! I'll be keeping an eye on how this one turns out, good luck with the next few weeks pal.
