The little Bubba OG girls are getting real close. Buds are frosty, and loaded with trichomes. They're are a few milky ones, but I'd say at least a couple more days give or take. I started the flush using Advanced Nutrients Flawless Finish a couple days ago. So, a few more days under the lights then in the dark room they go.☺️
Those sort of indica (middle eastern - se asian indicas) plants tend to flower quick coz of adaptation to environmental pressures. Seriously, they're basically between "sativa" and "ruderalis".
Humboldt sent me some Black D.O.G. seeds, very similar flower structure and look, flowered stupid quick, like within 2 months (and I've recently chopped 10 month old plants that grew through winter into the next autumn.)
Those indica heavy plants tend to be quite bulky (though often short) plants, thick leaves. Usually (imo) a sign of the plants tending to water preservation (smaller surface area for evaporation), so likely plants from a dry area (something like Afghan lineage).
Looks great though hey.
@Nordynllc,
Have you considered regulars and like, just pollinating them?
While I didn't have regular Black D.O.G seeds, it still hybridized well. Bunch of other more indica plants I have too. Their offspring are super. I have like a Thai (if I had to guess)+ Afghan hybrid thing, it looks fucking rad...dangerous even, massive features. Like a typical upright indica sort of structure, but it gets LARGE, and it has enormously long massively serrated thick leaves. Shit, even the seedlings are like monsters compared to other plants. I dunno how to describe, but it seriously looks like it has "gigantism" traits.
Problem is, the previous grow of it was through winter, outdoors, without cover (temps as low as -6c). And the first grow of it, too. First time it was seed fodder (pollinated the fuck out of it entirely), 2nd time I tried to kinda push for flowers (though in winter) but it was so harsh, still very good result considering, but in retrospect I should probably have used it as seed fodder again.
Edit: Oh I found an image of it (I lost a bunch of images), it's gonna look SUPER underwhelming but consider it grew THROUGH winter. I swear of the 1000+ plants I've grown, NOTHING is anything like it. Still sort of young here, like early flowering: https://i.ibb.co/4FDdmMC/IMG-20200910-105922.jpg
Here's a Black DOG I grew, just so you know that I do have perspective:

@sir_isO, hey, thanks so much for checking in, and the information.👍 Absolutely agree with you too. We felt very fortunate to be able to get this strain. They definitely weren't easy to get ahold of. We're actually making arrangements to acquire more. Problem is, we can't get seeds, which we would prefer. So, it looks like we'll have to settle for clones again. They're reliable. No problem there. We just would like to use our own methodology from the start. Hey, thanks again man. Happy growing!✌️
@@Waylate, Thanks so much. ☺️Yeah, they were hard hitting, great quality smoke!👍 We're hoping to have some more clones later this spring. We'd prefer seeds, but not available. The clones are reliable. The provider's ops are clinical.👍 We just have different preferences in nutrients, and techniques, and would like to be able to rock 'em our way right off rip. 😉This next Bubba OG grow will be much more controlled, and productive. Thanks again man. Happy growing!✌️
