12:00- Yesterday night, she had already popped out of the soil. Will be sure to post some pics and start her vegging cycle. Ill be feeding her Pro Roots (GHE) with water (6.5ph), as the soil as enought fertilizer for 1 month. I'll be only giving her Pro Roots and a bacteria i got for auto plants.

The princess as cracked the shell and its ready to roll! As the previous one bite me in the ass im gonna call her Sigyn! Suits her, "Hold that bowl for me, will'ya honey?" hehehe This one im gonna call her Syf, Goddess of Fertility!! hopefully... maybe it'll give good luck :P
So, on a 20lt propot I mixed in about 19lts of dirt with bit less than 2lts of perlite, and watered with 6.5 ph'd water. No runoff as expected.
This soil is completely different than the last one.It's from Geolia, ph5.5-6.5 (good because my water is too alcaline.) It says it has guano 200g/m³, i don feel like thats much, and 1kg/m³ of NPK fertelizer. 60-75% water absortion.It composed mostly of peat it seems. Its really fluffy, and it as nice color and smell. It says enough ferts for a month. I just hope the ferts on it arent too much for the seedling to sprout. As it is a light mix. Ill be only giving it water laced with few drops of vinegar fixing the ph at 6.5-7.0.
Placed a plastic container above the seed ass up, so it traps moisture. Will keep you guys informed of my screw ups xPPP

Today I have started a new seed, as my previous growth isnt getting me anywhere i decided to start fresh, with a new diferent soil and way to check my ph xPP Paper towel inside a small coffee cup with a bag on top placed inside the grow tent for humidity to stay high and worm.

She grew up a bit more from 3cm to 6cm, seems to have a nice strong stem, hope it doesnt thin out like her sister did. true leafs are a bit bigger aswell, will post more pics tomorrow. ALso, i removed the dome from her. i want her to get good light so she stays short.

Last day of the week and she grew well this week! Im going to start LS training her, but first i need to build my reflector so i can put the cfl horizontally. After that i can put the other plants on the sides and strectch Syf all I want without the leafs touching other plants or vases. It will be hard with the tools i have, but right now saving 20$ comes first. On the plus side, i got an handy work ahead of me to keep me busy in these pandemic times.

Last day of the week, finally finished my reflector, just finishing up drying and I'll reluntantly set it up ;P Also Syf is shooting out like crazy but her top is still a bit ahead and keeps pushing up, wich is normal. As she keeps changing the position of her fan leafs I changed the wires grounding her so i get a little more light penetration. I hope im not wisting her too much, yesterday i ponytailled the main top and i didnt like the way new leafs were forming up, so i tryed with a wire just grounding the stem without affecting leaf growth. I wouldnt say the ponytail wasent working, it gave an advantage to the other shoots, i just want to try achiev the same result without stuning the main shoot and twisting her new growth too much. Will see in the next week if she needs to be ponytailled for the other tops to catch up.. Pictures will be here in a few hours, they will go to next week, as they will be taken past midnight and i want to start a week with nice pics for a change xP

She is taking the LST well, not much develepment on the shoots like I wanted, its okay, she will get there. Maybe I started LST too soon I just wanted those shoots to get some light, and she had the shoots so i figured i start LSTing , I dont know, if anyone has an opinion about this, be sure to comment bellow :D If the shoots lag behind I shall ponytaill her main top to slow him down. Started LST'ing today... she bends like a lady. i tryed with grounded wires, and she pulled them off after a few minutes so i went with strings needled to the pot wich Im way more confortable with, but on the topped regular ill prolly use wire to try new things and get confortable doing them. Ill post some pics, i doubt she minds the training she seems really stong and looks even stronger after training as the leafs direct to the light. Ill post some pictures, maybe tomorrow or the day after to see if she starts branching like i want her to.

As a fresh out of the house young adult, i still dont own any power tools, so the only tools i got were manual,a screwdriver, a manual saw and some bolts. Reused part of a wooden box wich i secured the joints with some metal corners, so i think its not gonna fall xP But this is just the squeleton, Ill be making a reflector cover all around with wire, paper and glue and last aluminium foil. Dont worry the bulb doesnt run nearly hot enough to prove as fire hazard. i can touch it while running for hours. Damn making holes on wood with a screwdriver is hard! But like that i got the bulb horizontally like i wanted ^^
As i said, saving 20euros comes first xPP Dont judge me! And yes i know its risky, but corona got me without pay so improvements in setup only next month or so ^^
I took it off to reenforce it again, because my mind was not at ease xP Next time i try it it will be finished, and i must trust the thing.. I tryed some forces on it, seemed solid. guess ill add some metal corners to the other side to.

Well today, i decided i did some more training, and my hand sliped and i broke the second main stem that it was growing out of the body. I then fixed it with some black tape the best i could, but with everything so cluster together like she is it was hard, as it was a crack right where it meets the main stem. Well no worries, i can only pray to have saved that stem, but its alright im sure she will develop to others to compensate if not the case. For now on, ill be a bit more gentle with her, a bit more leaf tucking and less bending new growth attached to solid wood *crack* xP
Im thinking if i just had bended her top down it would have produced the same effect, only she would gotten a bit taller. Next time ill do this and hopefully all the node will be facing the light. My techniques has shown faults, as some stems face the ground, so they have a hard time trying to go up, idk if i need to twist her or if she naturally face up, think i went to crazy on her xP. No problem as another seed is sprouted and changes will be made, and things will be learned.. god i really love to keep the details here for later reminder! xP

Well after a good conversation i got a better visual on what can i do with this beauty and what to expect from her. Though i only cowardly removed the sigle tip leafs that were shading first node. It did got me more confident to keep her pushed down and anchor her top down so it keeps growing horizontally. iventually she will reach the side of the pot and ill start letting her rise, hope the new shoots get to be main tops, i see atleast the last 2 nodes with that potential maybe the third. that means 4-6 tops if i can do it, and the plant allows me ^^ Excited! Can wait till wekk 6-7 so she will start growing by the day! ^^ Hope she doesnt flower soon!

Syf is doing well, like i previously stated in last week's post, yesterday's update, so if you want to know my thoughts at this stage they are there! Also, ive torn a bit off a leaf while Lsting, poor thing. Once the shoots grow bigger Ill start redirecting them to fill the rest of the pot area. Thats the plan atleast, we will see how things play out ^^
Started another Critical Orange Punch seed to place in another 20lt pot. There will be an new diary aswell.
Also, as i stated before i upgraded the shitty refelctor i had to make the bulb horizontal, think it works fine, you guys be the judge, atleast its safer! ;D

hey there OneDrop, you're actually doing well, but one problem i see is that you're doing autos ... it's gonna be hard to do what you want to do with an auto. So i suggest : try to keep the plant in vegetation by removing any leaf that is splitting into more than 3 points . this will keep it in veg and give you a decent size. Then what i see is you're doing lst, but i would make sure you have an anchor at the base of the plant , and you do really need to be bending so extreme actually, but keep it low is fine as it is. the light you have is the perfect spectrum more or less, but if the plants are "too short" it's not good. the plant will muscle through, if you can raise your light by one or two inches it's also a solution. hope this help ! 🚀

She is growing quite more noticeably without the bonds,probably because i can see better now. She looks beautifull ill give her that, shape wise, i dont know. I need to wait for her to heal my lack of skill and then i need to start working thast main stem, wich might be shading part of the plant. We will give her this week to fully heal.
👽She has thought me alot about what i shouldnt do, theres stuff i regret like the way half the stems had to poke their way out of the ground, the way i centered my plant and the direction i choose to grow her, next time ill avoid all this👽

I broke the main stem, and discovered a did a poor job fixing the previous stem. It as an whole now xP Bad news! Good news is, she is still growing despite the stress. I havent been gentle with her, and when i broke the main stem i had to release her from her bindings so i could fix the stem without braking anything more... enought sayed, she is only bonded to a string at the end of the pot and now its starting to rise! Will see what we can do, but i dont have a plan for her shape yet xP
Due to bad LST one of the side branches i wanted her to main as grown without any new growth, has only one node, any thoughts on what to expect from this branch? It does appear to have somethign growing very little there! Microscopical xP

Well this is the beggining of week. Ive been slacking on the grow diaries this past two weeks but, i havent slacked the treatment to my plants. Syf grew like a champion as is showing signs of preflowers, probably next week she will start to stretch as she enters flowering stage. My train went a bit wrong as i had to bend main cola to the oposite direction that i first intended, but she seems fairly well distributed considering the mistake. She is shaped like the letter "C" now. She is looking healthy, the biggest and most healthy of my plants. Thought the others are only on 1 lt pots xP Also the tents light as changed from 250W CFL to 100W QLed.

Yup... Nuct Tox for sure... Those lower leafs are too dark green, and pairing that up with weird leaf growth, looks like Nitrogen toxicity. Ill be cutting down to 0 the FloraMicro and Floragrow, wich are hard on the N.

After last night feed and LST, new leaf growth seems more clawed. Old growth seems helthy. Might be Nutrient toxicity. Wich is weird since i only feed her twice now. Next two feeds will probably be water 1fulvic/2humic in the hopes it is a nutrient burn and she eats throught those nuts.

Plant- New growth is dropping a bit, maybe she needs water today, hope that is it. After work today i will LST her to open her up a bit, and water her. I likie LSTing before watering because the stems are less hard and donbt tend to brake as much. and then giving her water makes her pop out and recover nicely from the LST. But maybe thats just me xP
Space-Tent is getting crowded xP Need to fix that problem. ALso the smell is getting more noticeable around the house so i need to install the extraction fan i got and make a housing for the other block to pass through. I also might need to make the closet air tight.

She started flowering this week. Some below budsites are shaded. Gonna try LST it a bit more, and will see if there is a need to remove any leaf. She started starving a bit i could see on the stems, a bit purplish, but we got her in time and she is being feed now. I hope she stretches a bit more before stoping for flowering only, im happy with her size and training, but if she opened up a bit she would be even better ;) Thought the closet is getting crowded. My plant is N tox, went to my grow shop for a flusher, they gave me ATA clean. It only as dosages for preventive use wich are 0.1ml per ltr. i wanted to do an hard flush on the plant. Does the product do what i intend? What dosage to use? Should i feed her the new nutrient after?
It looks perfectly healthy to me. Definitely don't need to go down the route of going out and buying flushing products. Nitrogen toxicity will be very obvious and is actually harder than you think to do unless it's seedling stage. Your leaves are a normal shade of green, there is no yellow tips, no jagged edges or clawing of the leaves, growth looks normal not slow or anything. If you're worried just lay off the nutes for a week or 2 and introduce them slowly at 1/4 or 1/2 recommended dose and monitor them all the time, take notes and pictures if it helps. Hell, that's the main reason I and most others joined this site. To keep a record, compare other grows and all questions like these

Have been fighting problems with this one for a while. We just now are recovering the look of a healthy plant. Looking back i think it was an innitial N toxicity alligned with the lack of PK. All wrong things for a flowering plant. Ph was fine, she seemed as droopy and overwatered or dry and underwatered, was really weird. So with advice from some growers i did a bit of a flush with only humic for a week, that got rid of the excess N, and as i started seeing some green fading a bit, i then gave her half the feed of Grow nutrients and full Bloom, with humic. Also sprayed once with BT to kil aphids (wich i found two), and gave her some root bacteria to fix some root issues that i thought it could be causing the clawing. At this time, i think i can assume it was nutrient inbalance, as last feeed i watered her nicely after a week of little wateing, and she respounded by starting to look like an healthier plant. After 2 weeks of downfall, in two days she recovered most of her vigor and fills the canopy nicely again.
Also i know some peoople will disagree with me, but i removed some leafs below canopy that were dying or dead, and some budsites, that would never preform any good. After reading a bit more, i would ahave probably left the budsites. I also removed some leafs that were covering up budsites.

I ended up only removing 5-6 small leafs that were hidding away buds. i tucked way the others but ill have to continue tucking them away, as i tend to touch the plant ruining the tucking xP But all is good, she is looking healthier, gave her full bloom, lets see how she takes it ;)

In two days, Ill be removing some leaves tucking away another's trying to get some light to the buds, as the plant is very cupped and covers the best budsites.
I'm also doing the auto critical orange punch I'm stoked!! and to answer you question those 100 percent aren't nuts they are just swollen calyx's (I'm sure there's a more scientific name) but nothing to worry about common in most strains lol keep up the killer grow bud :D

Well not much to say.. Her nutrient problem is fixed, and though the leafs wont regenerate, she isnt looking worst, only better! Also she still has a long way to walk, maybe a month before i start flushing or so, the buds are fattening up nicely, and the feed i gave her seems to be good as is not too strong. Overall im happy with her, we overcome our issues and walking the same road now ^^ Great smell, and buds considerably fatter and denser. Wish i had more space for her to be more confortable.

Removed some dead leafs and cuted some tips and full leafs that were covering budsites. Still theres much foliage covering some parts of the buds but i fell more confortable now. I hope this strain is resistant to mold, as my dehumidifier is kinda garbage, and ive been having 70% RH, but ive been spraying with BT every 10 days, just to be sure that anything deciding to show, dies before becomes trouble.
I still think we got a long way still. As im expecting her to lose some leafs by herself as she aproaches the end.

She is doing fine. She began losing some fan leafs on her own, wich is good, she had to way to many xP I need to give her some attention in this next days, to defoliate the dead leafs and giver her the nutrients. Been a busy couple of days after the last watering. Hopefully things will ease and ill be able to feed her before she gets to dry... But a little drought stress never hurt anyone... xP I give her a month maybe? Her sister will be lucky if she'll be down by the 10th week of flowering, this one is at the 6th week so.. Still idk if she is gonna produce a big koola like her sister did. Probably more smaller ones. Thought she is way bigger. Guess the training played its part. And maybe a bit of lacking the light for such a big plant? Idk, I think im gonna like the buds on my tiny one the most ^^ But lets not jump to conclusions so early.

This one creeped out on me. i thought i would have more time, but as she hasent been delayed or stressed much, she was faster than her older sister, and im starting to seer some ambers! Guess its chop time, i just hope im not rushing, because the overall look of the plant still looks very young..
I started to see some localized amber in sume sugar leafs, I see some clear but mostly milky. But i feell like she still looks young. Am i rushing this harvest?

General consensus (anecdotal only) is 10-70%? 20-80%? amber (google searches of similar sites like this and word of mouth)... there is a big window there to explore. I'd suggest trying early-middle-and-late harvests and personal opinion will guide you in the future.

Some die by amber, some do not... find out what you prefer.
The fact most of it is based upon, but not necessarily extrapolated accurately from: Amber means the delta-9-THCa has degradated to a less psycoactive or maybe less-preferred psychoactive molecule. CBA? doesn't matter what it is.. it is no longer what we want.
Some amber is likely optimal, but anyone confident about a specific % is lying to themselves and just following the herd of others using non-scienctific data. I know what i like, but i am not confident it is 'optimal'. Maybe, there's more to it than just THC% too, etc etc.
If you asked farmers if they were doing anything wrong in the decades leading up to the dust bowl, a man-made catastrophe definitely caused by poor farming techniques, they'd call you stupid and likely be belligerent or violent toward you. It is more like a religion than science - just what people do often for no reason. even though they were the ignorant ones in hindsight. Be wary of extrapolations that are followed like a religion but lack the data to support it fully.
In this case, there is something behind it, at least... the degradation spoken about does occur. you can see THCa 'fading' to some extent on the surface via amber color. The extrapolations after that are a bit suspect, though, even if they end up being correct.. it'll be a little luck involved as it is a bit of a blind stab in the dark with incomplete information.

Was gonna harvest ths one too but ended up not doing it also. Ill probably harvest this one alonside with her sister. I do see some amber on this one, still not sure if its on leafs only or buds also, but i also get 30% clears, wich is a bit to much clear for what I want for this one. So we are waiting, and maybe get a wide spectrum from different matured weed

Harvest at the third day of the 21st week. This one had like 75% cloudy, 5% amber, 20% clear trichs. As a living plant she smells alot more orange then her sister, that smells more diesel earthy. Putted it hang to dry inside a box with an computer exahust fan, the RH reaches 55-60% in this early days with an exterior HR of 40-45%. Hoping the weather doesnt change so i dont need to use the dehumidifier. As for these day have been low HR and im trying to get the slowest dry possible, i went with leaving all the leafs on the stems, and only removed dead leafs. The goal is for it to dry for about 10-15 days, wich means jar it at 25.07-30.07. I did not weight the plant alive, as i dont have a huge scale. I will be weighting the plant dry and trimmed to update the diary with an harvest entry.

Great taste, one of the best tasting buds ive tasted in its kind... It was uncured product so that say more about the street product that im used to than the weed itself xP
Easy growth, had a bit of problems with, i think, nitrogen toxicity at early flowering wich i couldnt evade on all 3 plants i grew, that gave her a bit clawing on the newer leafs. Dryed it for 15days and dry trimmed it. Will be trying to cure it for a month but as im not getting weed from other sources it might not make it xP But yeah smoke is great, still needs that cure to develop more stable taste, but it is great really orangy and fruity.
I kinda mixed the photos on the two diaries xD Just fixed it.
