LA Conf x Robin Williams OG / Skunkberry

Up until the attack of the spider mites, this was a fun grow. I would have liked to have let the last four plants go another week or so, but the mites made that impossible. I had trouble with the humidity for almost the entire time these girls were in flower. I'm not saying that the humidity was the cause of the mites, but the high temperatures and humidity were, I'm pretty sure, factors. I will have to try to find a way to lower the humidity more in future grows. Aside from the humidity, these testers grew fantastic. The were not demanding, and would be great for beginners to grow. The buds were huge, and the overall yield was very good. Looking back, I think I would have defoliated a bit more in early flower, but I was afraid to stunt them by cutting off too much. I seriously doubt, however, that more defoliation would have kept the humidity under 50%, which is where I would have like to have kept it. As I said, these plants were not demanding in the least. I didn't notice any nutrient deficiencies and, aside from the spider mites, they seemed to be strong plants that were easy to maintain. I would love to grow these again, without the mites, and see what I can do with them.
