Thank you for your question and for taking part in the contest.
We’d like to clarify that, per the contest rules, first-place entries must clearly showcase Mars Hydro products in the submitted photo. During the final review, the photo selected for first place did not visibly include Mars Hydro products, and we were unable to verify this requirement through linked diaries.
After discussing this with the GrowDiaries team, they confirmed the rule was not fully considered during the initial selection. To keep the results fair and aligned with the contest criteria, the rankings were adjusted accordingly.
Regarding prizes: shipment was not arranged earlier as we were confirming the final results. Now that everything is finalized, we will be reaching out shortly to arrange delivery.
