In store Credit + Merch, getting better :D
Curious to see who shows up. Lot of brands going the seeds/store credit route vs cash/other merch for prizes. Would love to see like a amazon gift card or something so we can buy other shit to grow weed or new tent and shit.

Hello everyone,
I hope this message finds you well. I don’t want to cause any fuss, but I feel it’s important to share my thoughts with you.
I participated in the Sensi Seeds Summer Cup 2023 and was thrilled to secure 3rd place. However, I have yet to receive my prizes. All I received was a T-shirt in size S, which doesn’t fit me, and a cap.
I was informed beforehand that there were some issues with sending out the prizes and that there would be a delay. I was told that a hoodie and my seeds would arrive later.
Now, one year later, after sending 10 emails and trying to contact Sensi Seeds through GrowDiaries, their support team, and even the email address of the person in charge of the contests, I have neither received my prizes nor any response.
This has been really disappointing for me. It’s not about the seeds themselves, which I could buy, but about the excitement of winning them and the way I’ve been treated.

@Budz_Bunny, Had it happen to me but from a lower end brand, they did not understand how to communicate and fucked up the shipping address/custom paperwork then said o well. They fucked up and I let everyone know about it. I find a lot of companies from overseas do not write out the address on things correctly and they do what they think it should be and it can get things delayed or refused at the border.
It sucks it happens but all you can do it tell people about it. A brand who abandons their obligations does not deserve the respect of the community, To do it on a public facing form like grow diaries where it is very visible is nuts. It just destroys their image, bad PR overall, even if the package got lost what is worth to them to reship. Legit the shipping is the most expensive part of the transaction. The seeds are legit less then a penny. but it speaks words when brands are only offering sore credit, doing the bare minimum and expecting people to jump all over them. Sensiseeds and their weird off shoot brand their managing weedseedshop contests are not likely to thrive on here because of that. maybe 10 users in each contest. Brands gotta do better ppl know their worth.

I appreciate your concern, but I want to clarify my situation. My main issue is that I have been ghosted and never received the prizes I was excited about. I participated in the Sensi Seeds Summer Cup 2023 using Sensi Seeds, and they were excellent. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to resolve this privately, I never received my promised prizes, which has been very disappointing.
I don’t intend to hurt anyone or speak ill of Sensi Seeds. I just want to share my experience so that others are aware and hopefully won’t face the same issues. Thank you for understanding, and I wish you all the best in your growing journey.

Sensi Seeds Growers Cup ’24 and Canadians can't participate? This is very very bad! The best growers in the World are from Canada. Why limit the participation to the contest to a bunch of B grade growers only?
