Hey friends, I'm back to give my opinion on parfactworks. After 1 month of use, my new panel burned out, so I contacted customer service. They asked me for photos of the panel turned on to confirm the problem... but the panel doesn't work anymore, it won't turn on, and they keep asking to see the panel turned on... I absolutely do not recommend this LED brand; their customer service is horrifically dumb!!! I won't be going back there. Happy growing to all!
