If you are using the star dawg auto from fastbuds it is listed as a large and tall variety. From the little experience I have, i would say 3 plants in 5 gallon pots for that space. You will need to use low stress training, possibly topping, to control the height. 600 watts for 1.2 sq meters is a lot and will produce lots of heat so you don't want the buds getting to close. Check out my grow of tangerine dream to see the results of 3 large autos in the same size tent in a mix of fox farm ocean forest and happy frog with top dressing to feed. And I only had a 250 watt metal halide. I cant recommend enough, if you are investing in all this gear, to do your research. Check out the website grow weed easy dot com. Almost everything you ever needed to know will be there. Checkout " migro " on youtube which will teach you a lot about indoor lighting. Pod casts I would recommend are " periodic effects", they have some great science of cannabis episodes, also "growcast" and "kis organics". So many excellent resources out there. Dig in brother.

Between 18 and 20 hours of light and the rest of Darkness should be adequate for any Auto . This specific strain is a sativa dominant meaning it will be more hungry than others therefore the type of soil will matter if you don't know much about the subject it will be better to buy one already made up for you (I do not want to advertise any brand) foxFarm Ocean growth has been very good in North America as well as Coco Loco and koko pop from foxfarm if you do not have access to this type of soil ( meaning created for or adoptable for cannabis) your option will be to buy something that already has 30% perlite in it or by soil and add 30% perlite to make it more Airy. When it comes to soils you can use pretty much anything even Hydroponics soils the nutrient will be according to the soil. Most of the brands out there are pretty good you can stick to anything available in your country or in your region they will do pretty good just follow the schedule that comes with it and that's about it. Remember that Autos are less hungry then photo plants. Hope this information help you out have a happy grow

There a many different approaches..definitely with auto’s because they stay on the same light schedule (I advise 18-6 or20-4.you can even go to 24-0 but since I like to give my plants moment of rest and roots grow better in the dark period I go with 20-4 mostly) You can fill your tent up at once so you have a big harvest or you can divide space and start a rotation so you can harvest every 4 weeks a few plants How many plants depends on what genetics you use..if genetics tend to grow big plants a few less then you would with small genetics.. I would say start your growing journey small and see how things go and build up from there..I would start with 4 auto’s and see how they grow and how I could fill out the space on my next grow..I’m still learning and finding out stuff to 😅 happy growing ✌️

You have a lot of options for soils and nutrients. I personally prefer dry nutrients such as megacrop or jacks 3 2 1. They are cheaper and last much longer than the more expensive liquid nutrients that you are just paying for them to dilute in water. For grow media it really depends on what you want. If you want to grow in soil go for something ike fox farms ocean forest as a base and a lighter soil like happy frog to start the seeds in so they dont get overloaded with nutrients. If you wanna go more along the lines of hydro, check out coco coir. I personally find coco easier to work with but it does require more attention as it requires more frequent watering and does require nutes every watering. Coco tends to yield more and grow faster than soil. Whatever media you use make sure you plant your auto in its final pot as you dont want to be transplanting an auto. What kind of 600w light do you have? Is it an hps or one of the "cheap" blurple leds or even some high-end leds? I ask because your light will determine your yields and how many plants you can grow in your space. If its a 600w hps i would do 4-8 plants, depending on their size, in your 1.2m2 tent. If its a "cheap" blurple led then the coverage of the light depends on the actual wattage the light draws from the wall not the advertised wattage. So most 600w blurples range in actual wattage from 100w-250w. You want 50w per square foot or 645w for your 1.2m area. So if your light is actually 100w it will only cover 0.18m2 of your space. If its 250w it will cover 0.46m2 or half of your grow space. So depending on the actual wattage if its a blurple i would do 2-4 plants depending on size. If they are high-end leds then you have plenty of light to grow out the 1.2m space and could do 4-8 plants depending on how big they get.

Biobizz all mix should set you go for 4-6 weeks perhaps without needing nutes, maybe longer since I hear autos use less Stardawg is a strong strain good choice, I like big pots, bigger the roots bigger the fruits and all that Prolly don't need as big as pots as use since its autos, but 5gallon fabric grow pots should set you well 😎👍
