If you are set on using 3 gallon pots I would go with four plants.
I do not like sea of green (SOG) in a tent if you have plants in front blocking those in back. I like to have access to each plant so if doing four in your tent I would do low stress training (LST) with all your wires in that plant's pot so you can pick them up and take them out for pruning and inspection.

I would go with 2-3 plants. I would lean more towards 2 plants.

Underestimated size of pots in tent. Smelly Autopot Reservoir. Normal? Advanced Nutes. Water pump stirs every 15 minutes for 4 minutes. Hole in cover blockedLooking for experience with the Autopot system. This is the first time I have used it. 12gal reservoir. I change out the res weekly but by the end of the week it has a foul smell to it. Cleaned each time with half bottle of 3% Peroxide. Maintaining VPDI've got my photoperiod doing well in a 2x2 tent. I'm trying to regulate my VPD with what I have on hand. Currently I'm running my exhaust fan for 8 minutes every hour to get an average VPD around 1, but I'm concerned about the swings. Am I micromanaging?

I'm wondering what is a good stage to start introducing airflow on the plants to increase resilience? I was running this Treveda circulating fan on the outside of my tent through the vent but it didn't seem to be producing much airflow on the inside. Does this look bad inside?
