Help! How do I get my temperature down? I have all 3 vents open & 4 fans blowing. My air duct hasn’t come in the mail yet so I can’t set up my exhaust fan yet.

Increasing your humidity up to about 70% should drop it a few degrees.
But yes, what @Drumsnbuds aaid before - having lights out between 12:00 and 16:00 or 18:00 will keep your temps down nicely too.
Bear in mind that running lots of fans will increase temperature too - they move air and have a motor that puts out heat which circulates with the breeze. Maybe take out the highest watt rated fan, may drop you a good few degrees.
