hi there, that looks like spidermites to me, these are microscopic little bugs that you sometimes cant even really see with the naked eye. Turn your leaf around and look for really small black dots, if you see that you have spider mites. for sure it's a bug/pest related problem, so what you want to do is make sure the plant and the soil dont become contaminated. Outdoors it's a little bit more difficult, so the only thing you can really do that works is to add bacillus thuriengiensis to it. This is beneficial bacteria that will parasite the bugs and basically stop the outbreak in a natural way. spray 3 times a week for two weeks then once every ten days until the end. it's not harmful to the plant or to humans so you can use it until harvest no problem.
