hey there , that's simply because of overwatering, it's started to damage the cell. Keep the dome on there, and dont water until it's dry (more than one or two days i think!) then water like 5-10 ml daily for the next week, increase it slowly until the plant is a young plant instead of a seedling. She'll bounce back quite quickly if you do this . hope this helps ! 🚀
