When drying how do you tell when it's time to start curing, ik from what I've read says the stem needs to snap, the outside of some of the buds feel dry but the stem isn't snapping it bends like it is almost going to snap. Is it safe to start curing? Been drying for 4-5 day's.

Ideal drying time is about 10 days, but I wouldn't go less than a week. Your stems will snap as long as your RH isn't out of control. Patience grasshopper.
