Your plant is very small and already problems. might manifest as magnesium deficit, but giving it, will not sort the issue (!!!) Ask yourself why is this happening. Water your plant only when the soil is fully dry and when watering, make sure you water well until you get run off water in the tray. Magnesium deficit appears when the pH is disturbed. Check your pH and adjust it. It's much more easier and less invasive for the plant then giving high doses of magnesium and not sorting the underlying issues. Best of luck!
