Rootbound recovery time

3 Bruce Banner plants were rootbound for about a week and a half or that's when I started seeing symptoms.
I transplanted then into bigger pots yesterday. Will they be okay and if so how long will it take then to get back on track?

Leaf DiscolourationI notice some leaves developing this yellow discoloration on the older growth, usually closer to the central stalk than the outside. The green gradually shifts to yellow going from mid leaf outward to the tip. I'm hoping it's just lack of sunlight from the dense foliage. Ideas?Leaves. Color - Yellow

Tried everything - Red spots almost everywhere. Turn from red to orange/yellow. Fungus?Getting very frustrated with these speckles. Iv tried decreasing Cal Mend and B-52. Improving air flow. Nute lock-out?My plants appear to be a yellowish color. I am not sure why. I have tried correcting everything I could think of . Run off pH is consistently 5.8. Ppm/Ec is fine. Light is now at 28in/71cm above canopy only at 70% power. Temperature and humidity stay in great range. I don't know.Week 2
