Have you been training your plants for the stress?
I've read that if you dont give stress to the plants in veg they might not like the stress in flower that much and will suffer more.. Don't know about that but yes you can lollipop the girl still! Just don't take too much!

i think you can always crop during bloom.. obviously it makes no sense a week or two before harvest, but any earlier than that the plant will still put its energy into making the existing buds bigger.
if you're 2 weeks in, and have in total between 7 or up to 10 weeks of flowering (depending on strain), there's plenty of time left that energy production can be directed to the main-buds

What could be the root cause? I read mixed answers. Some say healthy plants and or strain specific other that light stress.
