Pray it isn't a disease. Pray that the disease is not communicable through air or touch, lol... Sometimes they have to share the same substrate to pass some diseases along. Hope it's just a 1-off defective leaf or 3.

Some parts looks like beginning of Potassium ‘K’ deficiency, other parts with the weird patterns look like a mutation or disease of the plant. Hard to tell, I’d confirm with your feeds your getting enough K in them, and then confirm the solutions concentration is not to high or low, if your not getting runoff with liquid nutrients it can build up in the medium and lock other things out like it not getting enough of them. Does not look like calcium or magnesium to me. The rest of your grow specs, temp rh lighting all look good to me. Best Of Luck!
