So I used your photo to look it up in iNaturalist... it's an aphid.... You're going to want to get some spinosad and spray all leaves top and bottom... because there may be lots of eggs sitting around waiting to hatch... Spinosad is an organic insecticide and works well on lots of different kinds of bugs... Good luck!

That's a thrips (Thysanoptera)! Nasty little creatures! They feed on the plant's cell sap and pierce the surface of the leaves with their pronounced mouthparts. It can help to spray the plant with a mild soap solution. Of course, depending on the growth stage. In my opinion, the most effective way to get rid of these pests for good or at least keep them under control is nematodes. I would also set up yellow sticky traps 😁👍 wishing you lots of success in your battle!

No clue... but you'd probably want to get rid of it. First of all, there's an app called iNaturalist that will help you identify what it is and it's a free app so download it and then use this pic to find out what it is... from there, you'll be able to figure out how to get rid of it! Good luck!
