Is Stretching slower outdoor

Hi everyone. She lost only 2 days to recover from training. So the question Is it normal Branches stretching to be slower then in tent grow under lights? I am in the beginning of week 5 from seed planted, if I did not topped and LST trained high would be about 12/14cm.

Maybe you stressed her a bit so her growth slowed down. Or it could be the genetics of your plant. Once in Flower it will stretch a lot. Your plant is small but looks really healthy.
