The top of your soil is going green with algae. It’s definitely been wet for too long. I would cultivate your soil with a little stick or a fork or something to break up that top layer. Also for future reference don’t use clear containers for plants as roots like darkness. Also reviewed your profile. Not much in the way of a diary but your past questions really point towards a lack of proper lighting. Those lights are quite junk. If you want to grow anything pf decent quality you’re gonna need to spend a bit of money on a proper grow light that can supply your plant with the proper PPFD needed through its lifecycle. 200-300 PAR for a seedling 400-600 PAR for Veg cycle 600-900 PAR for flowering So there’s a few problems with your set up and this is why your plant isn’t where it should be. Anyway best of luck moving forward 🤙

Need the light closer or if you have a dimmer turn it up. Make sure you don't over water it. The shell came off 2 days ago it should be okay.

So if you removed the seed shell on the 5th day that means she has only been getting light for 2 days if your including them in your 7 days. If she has only had 2 days of light that's what I would expect her to look like. Make sure your humidity is around 60-70% while her roots develop. Good luck.
