Is selfmade compost bin good for growing soil?

Hi i'm planning my first outdoor grow. Now I was asking myself if it would be a good idea to use compost out of my compost bin for soil. This compost contains out green disposals such as restans of fruit and vegetables. I currently have glueberry auto seeds and planning for a pot

It is great to use, just not by itself. Use it as a soil charger, meaning mix with soil 60% soil 40% compost. I wouldn't go over 50 50 max
