Hey, you are growing auto so I wouldn't put anything else than what you already gave for veg and wait for flowering and give her some bat guano and you'll be fine , your girls are looking healthy keep on

Revert back to veg or continue flower?I have these two plants just sexed after 1 week of flower. I was going to go back to 18/6 tonight for another week or two veg to fill the screen more. Is this a good idea? Or should I just continuing flowering? Strain is ACE's Congo.

Did I over-defoliate these? Are they looking healthy for day 22 or so of flower?This is my first grow. I know my plants have a shape problem, I didn't know about LST during veg and wasn't taking it seriously (I tried to train one but it was too late as you can see).
