While doing a little LST on my photo, I split the stalk a little. Doesn't seem to have hurt it (yet) but wondering what I should do, if anything?

When to switch to flower?I have 4 plants under a mars hydro ts2000. They are about 5 weeks old. I was going to top all of them once and switch to flower in a week or two. How to get tight budsI have a lot of fluffy buds on the lower parts of the plant. Wondering if adding a CO2 would tighten them up, or what I can do to tighten them up. Neem Oil in 3rd or 4th week?Can i spray one more time with Neem Oil now? 3rd or maybe 4th week of flowering now. Noticed that some leafs are being eaten.
