While doing a little LST on my photo, I split the stalk a little. Doesn't seem to have hurt it (yet) but wondering what I should do, if anything?

Are my plants sativa or indica?Are my plants mostly sativa or indica? I grew two f1 strains with low stability and the two phenos are very different. When Will the Trichomes be Ready for Couch Lock?I am hoping to achieve the really nice couch lock anti anxiety effects of OG Kush. Should i defoliate under ?Hello, I'm entering the first week of flowering, the pistils are coming! They are already present on some buds. I come to you to know if I should defoliate the lower part of the plants. It's a bit of a mess underneath. And the hygrometry rises (65/70%).

When to switch to flower?I have 4 plants under a mars hydro ts2000. They are about 5 weeks old. I was going to top all of them once and switch to flower in a week or two. Does this seem like it would be a good plan for a decent yield or should I veg longer? They are in 5 gallon pots but the soil settled.

One weird unhealthy leaf?I was just checking my girls when I noticed this leaf hidden away.
I have no idea what it's from, so I thought I'd ask here.
There was literally 1 leaf like this on the entire plant, I couldn't find another, although it's in a hard to reach spot.
