Bonne chance bella ciao

not very descriptive -- 45-degree comment was about the nodes on the plant and picking which direction to bend it... if oyu LST, try to bend a soft 90-degree turn and support it along the apical meristem so it doesn't arch up too much. The flatter you make it, the more even the growth will be of all those auxiliary buds along that length. if a node is below that bend, it's going to be neglected by the plant. just cut it off now.

I'd bend it down 45-degree to each alternating node to maximize branches that have an easy path upward. If by chance a leaf is blocking entire central "spine", chop it off. you may just be cirlcing to make it easy to recognize, but don't cut where you are pointing. always cut nearest branch it is growing from. Don't damage trunk, but cut off as much leaf stem as you can. If the nodes below those leaves are stretchnign like mad, then cut them off. If you can bend them to light, do that. It's difficult to make a recommendation without knowing intentions... If a small plant, it is worth the effort early to think about this stuff. If you plan to grow it another 3 weeks or more, those lower nodes are very likely irrelevant when it comes time to harvest. So, if you intend to bloom a small plant, definitely try to expose as many auxiliary buds to light so they don't becomes stretched out trash. don't over do it... attrition is inevitable. I don't even bother with the lowest two nodes for any plant i grow to fit a 30"x30" space in bloom. As i switch to 4 plants in that same 30x30 half-box, i may find those can be prominent and worthy. ... time will tell.

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Personally if ur a first timer then no.. Just let her grow and just concentrate on all other aspects like watering and her daytime heat.. If u can manage and maintain these first 2 steps then on ur nxt grow try defoliation techniques.. Just allow her to grow and enjoy ur first experience!!.. I have grown plants that have had very little light on buds bellow but they still get fat and solid if she's healthy and happy.. Stay safe n gud luck.. 👍🍀

Just leave it... L:ots of new folks defoliated and cause more harm then good... She what she does and how she does it without interference... Cannabis actually does a pretty good job of growing on it's own.

Hi buddy :-) do not cut anything around :-) you can later remove the lower shoots when you go into bloom so you avoid popcorn buds 👍 keep going so your plant is beautiful 😍👌👍

Defoliation isn't recommended the first time you grow. I did it anyway, though my plant at 6 weeks (when I defoliated) looked very different from yours, as I'did Low Stress training so I it looked like a flat table top: multiple large flat colas. You could likely still LST as I was still doing it in week 6, but stopped by the end of that week as there was no more training to do. However, on a 6 week old plant like you have here, that had never been trained and looked like yours does, I would super crop it instead. That's a High Stress Training technique but its simpler and safer than defoliation. Your plant is ideal in age and growth for super cropping. Super-cropping works sort of like LST except the branches are snapped instead of a bent (but without breaking the skin). The snapped branches are then supported and also tied down because this sends hormones that cause the plant produce fresh growth where its broken. This has to be done carefully but there are lots of tutorials on super cropping. When defoliation is done, you don't snip leaves off like you have illustrated: this is what plant training is for. Other alternatives are topping and FIMing which are usually used with LST. They involve cutting the plant to create new growth sites, and your plant is mature enough for either as well (though week is 6 is a bit old for either and why I'd go with super-cropping instead if it were my plant).
